* Staff's very kind'n helpfull :) always there for any inquiry and question
* Comon space's small but encourages people to meet up, had a great time there :) also, all we need to cook is available there
* Bed're quite comfortable. Japanese style.
* I paid for a sake tasting at the bar, which was very nice :)
* Wifi is quite average, bad sometimes, never great.
* No towel : you'll have to bring yours. Not a problem though
* A little noisy : we hear the outside's noise from the bed places

Nice cozy Japanese style hostel close to Saga station. Also has a cozy sake bar in the ground floor. The host will provide you a bicycle to see Saga around for a fair price.

- Close to Saga station
- Nice shower
- Room at the foot of the bed to put bags + there was a safe
- The toilets (really cold, no bidet and mixed)
- Really thin mattress, you could feel the wood underneath it
- The bed curtains should be replaced

friendly and helpful staff.
I can’t complain. everything seemed great.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. My friends and I rented out the entire female dorm. It was nice because it was private.
However, my male friend who slept in the male area felt the exact opposite. He said it was too open and exposed. The men sleep behind a curtain that divides the beds from the shared area/ kitchen area. I can imagine it can be very annoying to constantly hear people walking and talking (although they do have quiet hours) . The price is a little high but overall the space is nice and I enjoyed my stay.

Only a few minutes walk from the station; bottom floor is a quiet sake bar where you can try local sake. I am always a little nervous staying in a dorm room, but this one was very nice! I ended up extending my stay from 1 to 2 nights. Every bed has built-in shelves, and some extra space in the wooden "cubicle" to sit, so it isn't simply a bunk bed. The lower bunks also have little windows cut out in front of the real windows, so you get sunlight. Service and staff was excellent. The owner was very sweet; she gave me many ideas about what to see and do in the area, and I chatted with her about what I did each evening. Sorry to spend only 2 days there!
I had no issues with anything. I was very pleased with everything on the premises. I guess I wish there were more guests, as I worry about everyone staying in business through the pandemic!

quite a cute place with nice design and interior! there's a bar on the 1st floor and it seems like they serve great stuff there! (i didnt have any alcohol but the tea there was of high quality!) the staff is very chill and friendly! met a very cool guest there too!
close to the road so the sound is a bit... helps you wake up early in the morning tho!

Spent a good time in the bar downstairs, the bartender was a Japanese girl, she was very friendly and polite. The dorm is clean and comfortable.
