Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir sind ood, freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen worden und hatten somit einen guten Ei

Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Die Familie war keineswegs aufdringlich, jedoch stand zu jeder Zeit jemand für Hilfe und Fragen zur Verfügung. Online vorbestellte Bahntickets, welche zum Hotel geliefert wurden, wurden vom Hotel entgegengenommen und uns umgehend bei Ankunft übergeben.

Alles war super. Wir haben auch Frühstück vor Ort eingenommen. Ich denke es ist möglich, sowohl Frühstück lokale Art und ein internationales Frühstück zu erhalten. In Asien ist es immer empfehlenswert, das regionale Frühstück zu wählen.

В номере было много огромных тараканов. В номере только спали, больше там находится не могли. Хозяин сказал, что это нормально для Шри-Ланки. Но вот незадача, мы уже 2 месяца по Шри-Ланке путешествуем и видели за это время во всех отелях только пару залётных тараканов. Здесь же нас встречали по 4-5 тараканов каждый раз, когда мы возвращались в номер) Никогда здесь не остановимся, даже бесплатно.

Bruchbude mit vielen Mängeln

1)Lebensgefahr wegen Stromschlag: Tropfende desolate Klimaanlage über Bett - in der letzten Nacht war das Bett im Kopfkissenbereich nass von der Klimaanlage!! Es hat regelrecht von der A/C herunter geregnet! 2) Mosquito Netz mit zahlreichen großen Löchern: zahlreiche Mosquitos innerhalb des Netzes 3)Außentüre zum Balkon desolat 4) Unter "Pool" versteht man dort ein Kinderplanschbecken 5)mangelnde Sauberkeit im Badezimmer Ich reklamierte immer wieder, aber es wurde nichts unternommen. Immer wieder leere Versprechungen und Vertröstungen "auf morgen" vom Besitzer, der offensichtlich nur auf Geld aus ist. Insgesamt ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt.

A wonderful place to stay

Very clean and comfortable. The apartments are spacious and the pool area is nice! It is in a great location and very family friendly. Nice restaurants nearby. We stayed for five nights and enjoyed our time.

A very hospitable place!

The apartment was close to the beach and many shops. It was easily reached by public transport. The host was super helpful and readily offered to assist with questions and queries. The staff overall were friendly and willing.

Cleanliness could be further looked into. While it was clean, some attention is needed with cleaning the kitchen and utensils. Also, the room was slightly dusty on check-in. The dining room was cluttered, and the hand wash area in the dining room needs a bit more attention.

Good value for money and can recommend to stat there.

The apartments was spacious with a kitchenette. The pool was a nice amenity to cool down after a long day walking in the city. The property was clean and in a calm area.

The reception was not occupied and it was hard to ask for any information.

Very nice property

Very nice property. The owner was very friendly and quick to reply for inquiries. We were welcomed well. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and authentically srilankan.

Limited English plug socket in the apartment. The pool is small but not many people we were the only one using it.

Best apartment Near Negombo Beach

The apartment is spacious and comfortable for two people and very clean with all the kitchen appliances and equipment. Ideal for long-term stay and walking distance to the negombo beach.

Nice and lovely stay, with kind stuff.

We liked our stay here, the room/apartment was big and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. They have a small cute pool, where you can chill and refresh. The property is close to the beach, city centre is little far.

Shehan is an amazing host, he made our first impression of the country very pleasent. He was very helpful with everything. Room is spacious, have balcony, fridge, hot water, drinking water and more.

Lovely hosts and pretty well located

Nice place to stay at Negombo. Our room was simple and clean. The bed was comfortable. The hosts were totally friendly and helpful. Shehan picked us up at the airport and also brought us to the bus station and helped us to find the right bus when we continued travelling. At the first evening we had an amazing dinner made up by Shehans wife (we asked for it in advance). Absolutely delicious! Breakfast came with fresh fruits, omelette, bread and jam and tea. Simple, but fine!

Clear recommendation. Clean and well equipped room.

We stayed 2 weeks and there is nothing to complain about. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked very well. The kitchen was well equipped with fridge, kettle, cutlery etc. The Wi-Fi was fast. The bed was big and comfortable. The host Shehan was very friendly and helpful.

I warmly recommand this place

Shehan picked me up at the airport. He supported me to get a Dialog SIM. He was always very helpful and kind. Also the stuff. They always smiled and took good care of me. I felt a home. When I returned from my trip Shehan arranged the best room for me he had. I did not have to pay more. Very nice family, lovely wife and two sons full of joy. I will not forget this warm wellcome and true hospitality.

staff were great and we received a warm welcome to the property. bed was comfortable and room was clean.

the images of the pool were a little misleading. The pool was around 3 metres wide under cover and walled in so unfortunately no outside space which we were looking forward to. There was only 1 fork, spoon etc in the kitchen which was not very practical but overall we enjoyed our stay :-)

Modern tidy place with a touch of Sri Lankan flair

A convenient place in a safe neighborhood. Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Courteous staff. The owner is a wonderful person who had former experience in the hotel and hospitality business and has applied it well in his own place. I would definitely come again.

A lovely start to our Sri Lanka adventure & all the staff at the apartments were nice.

Sheehan & the staff who run the property were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, if there was a problem, they were only too willing to try & solve it. Sheehan was waiting for us when we arrived at about 5am, a very inhospitable time but he was there waiting for us! The room was very big and clean, the tv wasn't working but it was sorted out for us quickly, as was the gas for the hob. There is a big water cooler in the kitchen which was very helpful & saved us having to buy our own like many other places in Sri Lanka. The pool is small but nice to just go & cool off in when you are very hot. There is a washing machine that we used & a couple of bicycles that were very handy - I used one a few times & took a ride into Negombo Town on one once (an eye opener!) Sheehan sorted out a taxi for our onwards journey also, and if we are ever in Negombo again, we would definitely consider staying at Park Lane 88 Apartments again.

The wi-fi dropped in & out a lot & was very inconsistent, not a biggie for some people but for us we use it a lot for communication & keeping up with what's happening at home, and for watching films on streaming platforms, so it is important. However, we have stayed in a few places since and this seems to be a bit of a problem throughout Sri Lanka.
