Emplacement parfait mais propreté de la chambre à revoir

Excellent emplacement en bord du lac! Personnel très serviable. Parking payant mais très pratique!! Chouette bar et terrasse extérieure

Nettoyage de la chambre plus que moyen et n’a pas été nettoyée tous les jours.

Un cadre magnifique pour un sejour mais un prix trop élevé pour le service proposé

Le SPA, l’emplacement, le bar

Très difficile de dormir convenablement avec la chaleur. Pas de clime et on nous a pris le deuxième jour la télécommande de la ventilation.. le parking payant au prix des chambres je ne trouve pas ca très classe. Nous sommes arrivé à 7h le premier jour la chambre était disponible à 15h comme indiqué sur le site. Une dame nous a indiqué qu’elle nous contacterai par téléphone dès que la chambre serait prête. N’ayant toujours pas eu d’appel à 17h nous y sommes retourné et la chambre était belle et bien prête depuis un moment…

Friendly staff, nice spa but overpriced.

Good location, good breakfast

The room was not as expected, small, dingy, no aircon and not really worth the price paid. The bed was very uncomfortable and windows so dirty you couldn’t see out of them although there was no view anyway.

Déception

-amabilité du personnel - acces à 1h de spa/jour -le choix des massages -emplacement de l'hôtel proche centre ville, on peut tout faire à pieds -parking (n'oubliez pas de réserver) -acces plage direct depuis l'hôtel -restaurant et bar dans l'hôtel -bar vue sur la plage, agréable

-manque de personnel rapport aux fêtes de Dax = •retard préparation des chambres le jour d'arrivée, on a eu notre chambre à 15h50. J'ai du attendre 35min pour faire le check in afin d'avoir la carte chambre qui ouvre aussi la barriere du parking, pas tres pratique... •le personnel à frappé le 2eme jour à 17h30 pour faire notre chambre, nous étions dehors de 10-17h, devant nous préparer pour sortir on a dit non, donc chambre pas faite... •le personnel de l'accueil, aimable mais surtout mal organisé, ne mettait pas à jour les infos au fur et à mesure = on nous a demandé à CHAQUE passage à l'accueil de régler la chambre (payé via booking), les masages (payé la veille, on a meme du sortir nos tickets de cb car il n'y en avait trace nul part!) et le parking (payé la matin même): fatiguant!! •le fait de devoir, moi, demander le ticket de clôture pour l'empreinte caution, la dame de l'accueil me dit "cela sera fait" en notant sur un cahier le numéro de chambre et rien d'autre, ce n'est pas sérieux. Cela a pris 1min. toutes les cartes de chambre partout sur le desk, avec des factures, vraiment pas pro. •le lit avec des murs de chaque côté dans une chambre assez petite, donnait une sensation étouffante. La porte de la douche ne fermait pas complètement dc il y avait de l'eau par terre chaque fois et la porte fenêtre avait aussi un pb de fermeture donc on n'était pas rassurée la nuit. Pour un hôtel 3étoiles, avec un beau potentiel, c'est vraiment dommage.

Buena ubicación pero mala relación calidad-precio

Muy bien ubicado, cercano al centro y frente a la playa. Desayuno buffet muy completo.

Habitación pequeña sin aire acondicionado. No hicieron limpieza y teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel de playa fue incómodo porque llevas arena contigo aunque no pises la playa. Vinieron solo a cambiar la basura a las 18:40h. Les pedimos toallas limpias ya que las sucias las habíamos dejado en el plato de ducha pensando que vendrían a limpiar y las cambiarían, pero nos dijeron que no tenían disponibles. Con lo que tuvimos que ducharnos con toallas empapadas. Tampoco había jabón de ducha, estaba vacío. Cama y almohadas no eran especialmente cómodas. La relación calidad-precio no es buena.

Relaxant

Localisation parfaite au bord du lac, proche à pied de l'océan et du centre ville. Service de restauration de qualité sur place et 1 heure de relaxation au SPA de l'hôtel avec vue sur le lac inclus.

Disons que le matelas était légèrement dur à mon goût si vraiment on est tatillon mais c'est de l'ordre du subjectif. Objectivement la literie est de qualité.

Disappointing

Only the location.

Over priced, room like an attic, No air conditioning, Coffee facilities useless stupid little window. If I knew what it was like before hand I wouldn't pay €40.00 to stay there . If I ran your Company this would definitely be removed from your booking site.

Great location for a short break !

The location is perfect . Overlooking the lake and close to Hossegor centre. The breakfast buffet was good with hot and cold options . Free access to the spa facilities was great .. lovely big hot pool,steam room and sauna .. very relaxing space !

The rooms are very cramped .. there was no room on one side at all. The price was a little high for the standard of the room.

Fantastic location! Very cozy town.

Fantastic location right by the beach and within walking distance to town. The hotel is reminiscent of an old seaside hotel, very nice inside, both the room and the restaurant.

The room was a bit small, a bit tight for two people and a suitcase. The floor was poorly cleaned. The bed was very hard. Very noisy between the rooms.

Avoid it if you can!

The location: by the lake. One of the receptionists who took pity on us...

The initial 'welcome' - a grumpy receptionist who gave us a room saying that was what had been booked when the room must have been very short of the 15 square metres advertised on room description. having asked to change rooms we were told we had to wait an hour ( fair enough) but we came back to a similar room with the same issues of noise (or even worse) plus an awful bad smell! Finally, ready to leave the hotel, my partner happened to speak to a very helpful female receptionist who got us a different room. Yet, I found the whole attitude, the lack of empathy, the telling us that ' I have checked, and this room is fine,nothing wrong with it and according to your booking' left me with this terrible memory of the Hotel. Definitely not going back there ever again. Would advise others to do the same.

Good position of the hotel.

The room was terribly small, under the roof, with low ceiling and a very small window, with no view at all, only the view on the roof. The bed was not confortable.

Really lovely location and good food

Breakfast was good, lovely location, all staff were very friendly, only minor complaint was that the rooms were a bit small, especially for two teenage boys sharing!

Superb location for a short stay

The location is the most important for us! We came there for the second time because the shape of the hotel is lovely, the view towards the lake is superb, the breakfast terrace is also very nice

We had a small room but it's a refurbished hotel so we didn't expect to have a bigger room
