First and foremost it is managed by a lovely family. Everything is quite new in the apartment and you have all you need. Owners are very helpful with all your needs. Exceptional breakfast!

Very nice place. We arrived late at night but still got an amazing dinner with a lot of food, so good
It was all nice

Very nice family, everyone tries to speak english. Big, new, comfortable rooms, good bed, nice showers and toilets. Had a very good and delicious dinner with three dishes. They washed and dried out clothes in less than half of a day. Best value for the money stay in Uzbekistan so far.

Nice, newly built house, with 2 shared bathrooms for the three rooms on the same floor, so totally fine. Warm showers. Good breakfast and dinner. They spoke a bit of english. 10-15min walk to center of Kochkor with market.
There was a small mix-up between rooms when we arrived (we got a better room than we had booked and were later asked to relocate because they had mistaken us for other guests - not a big problem, but could have been avoided by asking us for our names instead of which platform we booked from).

lovely family guesthouse with wonderful, personal service. The house is completely new (2023) including all furniture and carpets. Delicious breakfast and a lovely family who love having people stay with them. The ‘high street’ is a short walk (5-10min) and there are plenty of small shops to buy snacks etc.
The common bathrooms could be cleaner, but I know the owners truly care about all feedback and this will be done by the time you arrive!

The owner was very friendly and helpful, she spontaneously arranged us dinner. The building is new with comfy beds, spacious rooms and a clean shared bathroom (although some of the rooms have an ensuite bathroom).

Had a really good stay at Baytur Guesthouse. Although I was a late checkin, the family welcomed me in and they were lovely. The rooms were really clean and quiet to sleep in at night. The food was also amazing. I would recommend this place if you are looking to stay with a warm Kyrgyz family in Kockhkor.

We were welcomed with tea and some sweets. There is parking space inside the gate. There were common rooms to relax and also a fridge. The host was really friendly!
The wifi was weak.

The host lady was very welcoming and friendly, offered to store luggage and organized transportation to Bishkek, good service and value for money. Clean home.

The hosts were friendly and really went the extra mile to help us as we arrived quite late. The son speaks very good English and his mother is helpful as well. Breakfast was good, shared bathroom clean with nice hot water, room comfy and quiet. The pictures do not do justice to the decoration which was very nice and authentic. We booked another night for after our two day hike and could leave some of our luggage at the property.
Nothing really.
