Le personnel du bar était super sympathique

J’avais garé mon véhicule devant l’hôtel sur l’emplacement de l’hôtel pour pouvoir mettre toute mes valise mais l’hôtel a appelé la police entre temps et on m’a levé mon véhicule je trouve ça pas gentil de leur part alors qu’on a gaspillé toutes nos économies dans leur établissement

Trop chère pour ce que c’est malheureusement

Pour la nourriture rien à dire mais faut bien vérifier vos assiettes et couverts car la plupart étaient sale

Pour la soirée il n’y a rien dans l’hôtel obligé de sortir à l’extérieur. Devant tous les hôtel où on passé il y avait de l’animation et de la musique , in a même passé une soirée dans un hôtel à côté il nous ont très bien reçu même qu’on était pas de leur clientèle et quand j’ai demandé à notre hôtel à nous pourquoi il n’y avait pas d’animation de musique chez nous il nous ont répondu qu’il y avait des voisins et qu’il se plaignait si ils entendait de la musique

Overall, the hotel was good; the best parts were the buffet and the pools.

This place is ideal for families

The room was extremely dirty (it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks) and when we complained we didn't get the expected answer, the staff tried to excuse themselves and didn't accept the mistake. The air conditioning could not be used as it emanated a nauseating smell, we complained again and it was not solved either, every time we smell sewage smell now we remember the hotel room.

we are not coming back

the beds in the rooms, large and comfortable. Swimming pool and activities for children.

practically nothing, the staff at the reception is not responsive, water was flowing from the attic in the hall because it was raining outside, my daughter slipped in that water and fell. the smell of sewage in the rooms, terrible, it was very slippery outside at the pool. The "restaurant" is actually a canteen with outdated furniture and a bad smell. We will never come back here.

Super hôtel avec un bon personnel.

Petit déjeuner à volonté, avec du choix céréales, fruits, pancakes, croissants, œufs etc. L’hôtel est situé à 10 min à pied de la plage. Étant voilée, j’ai pu me baigner dans la piscine de l’hôtel avec mon jilbeb de bain. Le personnel très gentil. Nous sommes restés deux jours et les femmes de ménage passent dans les chambres pour changer les poubelles etc. Il y’a un parking dans l’hôtel pour laisser la voiture à 16€ le jour.

Malheureusement le frigo dans la chambre n’était pas froid, pas de brosse à toilette dans la chambre ni de balais, serpillère pour ceux qui veulent nettoyer derrière eux pendant le séjour. Dommage pour la télévision c’est en espagnol pensez à prendre votre câble hdmi et un ordinateur pour regarder ce que vous voulez.

Good family hotel but don't expect a friendly welcome

Pool and slides were great fun and the kids loved it. Buffet restaurant had good choices at all meal times and there were a couple of areas to hang out ( pool tables and a few arcade games etc) Rooms were decent sized and clean. We had 4 rooms and we were all near each other with a large terrace instead of balconies that meant we could go between each room. Bathrooms were big and clean with walk- in showers. Location was good - about 10 minutes walk down the hill to the beach but had shops and restaurants underneath so didn't feel remote.

Staff at reception were not rude but extremely unhelpful. They didn't really want to do anything past their basic duties on the desk. They told us they had called a taxi and it would be there in 2 minutes but when I called the company directly, they hadn't booked anything. The cab company even did to me that this happens a lot. I asked for information about boat trips and was told they didn't know anything but also didn't direct me to where I could find some information. They were generally very dismissive and didn't smile once - even when we checked in, it was a pretty lukewarm reception. The staff at the restaurant and the bar were better - pleasant enough but none stood out as being particularly good. Bar staff at least got drink and food orders correct and were pretty quick. Lifeguards could have been more attentive, saw them chatting with each other quite a bit instead of watching the water and some of the slides weren't really being regulated with how quickly people followed each other down.

Disappointing

The rooms were clean and comfortable The pool is fun for the kids Good location and close to the sea, supermarket

1)The food quality was bad. 2)Too less options for food per day 3No honey, no boiled egg for breakfast 4)No sound isolation for the rooms, people were making us awake at 1-2am while they were talking or laughing in the hall way. 5) some restuarant staff were not friendly 6) restuarant staff could not speak English, difficult to communicate

Quality and also quantity of food was very poor. it was not a real all inclusive and we had to pay sometimes. Some of staff were not friendly.

Very good

View to the pool area from the hotel room was an advantage with (pre)teen-aged children. Nice slides. Location: Bus from Barcelona stopped very close to the hotel. Walking distance to the beach. Comfortable temperature to sleep & good beds. (when Day time temp 30 Celcius)

Pool are was quite noisy, but expected with the slides and the kids. :)

Good but needs a lot of improvement

There are few and repetitive choices of the buffet but everything is good. The location is very nice to and everything is very easy to access.

We were given a room with dirty floor. When we are already in the room, maintenance came to install the broken smoke detector which is very uncomfortable because they had to make a hole in the ceiling and left more dirt on the floor. The bathroom floor floods when we use the shower.

Worthit breakfast only €9.00 Location is 10 mins away from lloret de mar beach

I just complained 3 times because my fridge in our room didn’t cooled / or not work properly The guy write on a book to inform the technician and no one came to change it ! There’s only 1 technicion for all the hotel ! Thats why im angry ! When i make the checkout the receptionist tell us sorry for that 🙁
