Para pasar una noche cerca del hospital.

Está limpio y la propietaria me esperó a que yo hiciese la entrada fuera de hora. La cama y vistas. Realmente era una habitación tranquila a pesar de dar a una calle transitada.

Hacía mucho calor y no había termostato. El baño era muy chiquito, sobre todo la ducha.. Está en un piso de vecinos.

Hostal limpio y al lado del centro

Camas y ducha muy cómodo. Tiene una parada de taxi en la misma calle y encontramos aparcamiento nada más llegar, en nuestro caso gratis ya que era sábado a partir de las 14:00 que no se paga ya la zona azul.

Hotel básico con los servicios mínimos imprescindibles para una estancia corta.

La ubicación está bien, a quince minutos andando del centro histórico y sin los inconvenientes de circulación del centro si te desplazas en coche, hay relativa facilidad para aparcar.

Algunos detalles que no he visto en otros hoteles y temas de diseño. La relación calidad precio es insuperable y el trato personal excelente.

La empleada de limpieza muy amable. La dueña o responsable nunca estaba presente.

No era una habitación para cama doble. La cama ocupaba toda la habitación y al bajar de la cama tropezaba con una columna que iba del piso al techo !!. De un lado de la cama estaba esa columna y del otro lado había un placard al que no podía abrirle la puerta porque no había espacio!. La cama estaba pegada al placard y a la columna esa...

La habitación debió tener una cama individual simple y sin columnas!!!!!!

La ubicación y relación calidad precio.

Por la mañana sobre las 8 de la mañana el personal de limpieza abrió la habitación nuestra y la de dos amigos más. En mi caso no le di más importancia porque pensé en un error normal, pero si abren la de 3 personas creo que algo ha fallado.Primero deberían llamar y asegurarse de que no hay nadie.

Nada, son MUY POCO PROFESIONALES Y SERIOS!! por no decir otra cosa....!me dejaron literalmente tirada en la calle. Por más que contacté con ellos por teléfono y con la ayuda del servicio de atención al cliente de Booking, no obtuvimos respuesta alguna. Y al día siguiente ni siquiera me han devuelto las llamadas. Indignante. NADA RECOMENDABLE. NO RESERVEIS AQUI!!

I recommend the hostel; visiting Valladolid next time I will rent a room here again, but with window

I did not use the breakfast; the location was ideal - direct access by one bus from the train station and close to the centre; the room was large and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room was well-lit. The staff were very friendly and despite not speaking English (I don't speak Spanish) were really very helpful.

There is no window in room 113. There is only one dummy window, which cannot be opened and through which no sunlight comes in during the day. I had to use the electric light all day. There was no table in the basic equipment of the room, but fortunately, the receptionist lent me a table for the duration of my stay.

Super clean and convenient. Very nice people at the reception. Very close to the Palacio de Congresos. There is no breakfast but it is very close to nice coffee shops.

Smart, well located accommodation, ideal for exploring Valladolid

Friendly welcome and nice lady let me leave my luggage after checkout. Clean and quiet. Comfy double bed. Big bathroom with lots of places to put things. Large, powerful shower. Good location. Nice pancake restaurant nearby and decent little bar next door. There is also a supermarket a couple of doors down.

Would have liked drawers in the main room and a desk / table wouldn't hurt. Appreciate the double bed took up most of the space. Paper cups rather than glasses. Signage could be a bit more obvious. Walk to bus station was about as far as I would want to do with luggage.

Very poor

The hostel itself is generally ok. Unfortunately because of how we were treated I am forced to give such a low rating. At the beginning we booked 2 nights. Since our plans changed, we asked to extend our stay by one day via e-mail. Hostel without a problem extended our stay. Unfortunately, on the spot it turned out that there is no room for us on the additional day. Such things happen and we would not have a problem with it if not for the fact that the staff did not give a damn. They didn't offer us any help in looking for another accommodation (there were several events in the city that weekend and there was no more affordable accommodation available). We were also not offered any gratification in return for our mistake. We were informed that after two days we should leave the room and that was it. Such behavior is unacceptable. Finally, we were forced to book a hotel where one night cost as much as 4 nights in Hostel Monaco. Apart from that, here is additional information about the hostel + rooms are clean - rooms are very small - rooms are badly soundproofed and very loud cleaning from the morning wakes you up in a very unpleasant way - no service in English - which in my opinion is unacceptable running this type of place receiving guests from all over the world.

I liked the room, it was small but comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and that's really important.
