3 night stay

We had an ocean view bedroom on the 5th floor which had a wonderful view of the bay. There was a nice terrace with comfortable seats again overlooking the bay.

On our last night we could hear music from another property.

Perfecto

Personal muy amable, nos quedamos una noche más y nos cambiaron de habitación sin ningún problema. La ubicación es perfecta, cercana a todo. Desayuno muy variado. Las habitaciones con vista al mar ideal para relajarse.

ubicacion

instalaciones muy antiguas, baño sucio, con hongos, me ofrecieron "vista a la ciudad" y solo veía un techo del estacionamiento y lo mas importante : me negaron una taza de leche "porque estaban proximos al cierre horario desayuno ", cuando faltaban 20 min para recien dejar de permitir ingreso de pasajeros al comedor

La atención y preocupación del Gerente por mi opinión a la encuesta que me hicieron en el desayuno.

Que la limpieza desde la salida del ascensor a la habitación y el balcón de la habitación estaban muy sucios, el balcón sobretodo, para no abrir las cortinas. Fue decepcionante.

La piscina es muy bella además de tener un espacio para realizar ejercicio, si bien se puede pedir bebestibles a la piscina no se permite la comida excepto a una familia que el restaurante si lo permitió, demás está decir que se notó un poco de discriminación hacia los demás huespedes

Las instalaciones son un poco viejas y el balcón que es muy bonito, está súper descuidado y sucio con escremento de pájaro, una de las noches una persona nos amenazo con un cuchillo lamentablemente. La comida poca para el valor

Ideal for a family getaway

Outer appearance is quite dated and unappealing, but once inside, the refurbished interiors make a huge difference and the atmosphere is calm and slightly sophisticated. Rooms are good in size with contemporary design. Even the ones facing the city and a busy road are quite well isolated and not too loud. Beautiful views of the ocean from the restaurant terrace. You almost feel somewhere in the Caribbean. Nice pool. Very quick lifts - you never wait more than 30 seconds. Waiting personnel was very kind and service-oriented. Central location with easy access to everywhere.

Buffet breakfast could do with a bit more variety, e.g. some bacon with the eggs, fresh juices and some sliced veggies (tomato, cucumber, peppers etc.). Full showers instead of bathtubs would be welcome. Staff sometimes a little grim, a bit more smiling could go a long way. Were not really competent when helping with restaurant recommendations or tour operators.

Once best hotel in Antofagasta

- good location - good restaurant - free parking - renovated common areas are nice

- rooms and bathrooms needs renovation. - bathtub without stopper, broken shower handle, and a plastic hanging curtain with broken clips. - old battered furniture - balcony dirty, without any chairs

Excellent all the Way through. Book Sea view.

Through the line an excellent stay. Must book sea view room on your left when seeing the picture above. formidable service by Claudia at the reception. She fixed my mistake of a double booking with a smile and offered us an upgrade on top. (She deserves a leadership position!). The restaurant and it’s service and location is an eye-opener. Rooms are large and clean and functional. Great location! Visit the fish market in the morning; very picturesque and just 15 minutes walk. Large and secure parking.

We should have stayed longer.

Stay Here If You Are in Antofagasta

Everything. The staff are extremely helpful. When my tour didn’t happen, within half an hour they organised a taxi for me to take me wherever I wanted. The room had everything you need. The bed was comfy I struggled to wake up. The breakfast was rich and great, with a variety of fruit, vegetables for salad, breads and pastries, everything. Also, the breakfast view was fabulous. The Internet was fast, too.

Some things in the bathroom were broken so we couldn’t take a bath or have a normal shower.

Very good experience with good staff to support my stay

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good value and internet was good. That's all you need for a business trip.............nothing more.

The view, when your room is on the right side, but not chair on your terrasse.

Lukewarm shower and few water. Noisy room (bad isolation from the street). Reception got lost in counting. Procedure for the parking not explained and not easy when you arrive. Meals are expensive.

Room not clean, bathroom with hair from previous customer. room without proper heating system. room temperature 17°C for whole night Room noisy ( street view) because windows are old and not fix properly the sound from outside
