Excellent location for calm & nature close to Neuchâtel.

Nice location, friendly staff, spacious and very clean room with useful amenities. Beautiful ride from Neuchatel.

All good, would have been perfect with some more options at breakfast, like eggs. The restaurant is very good, so should not be too difficult.

A very cute and cozy hotel! There is a magnificent view of the lake from the park near the hotel! The staff is very hospitable and welcoming! The room is large and the TV is simply huge! We really enjoyed our stay! *Just need to take into account the city tax - it's quite high /but it's not the hotel's fault/.

Landscape, location, building, people. Very good food (well done, tasty), clean restaurant, pleasant people.

If you're not from Swiss, get your plug adapter. They also have some, but it is worth having your own thing :)

Nice hotel for business trips or even for exploring the area and be out of the rumor

Absolutely beautiful and so clean. I wish all hotels were this nice.

It was impeccable. I don't know if I have ever stayed in a cleaner place. Everything smelled so fresh and clean. It was also very spacious with an excellent bathroom. It was exceptional in every way.

My only complaint is that it was a little far off the beaten path--it was tricky to find in the dark, and it was a little ways from Neufchâtel. But that is hardly a complaint since the surroundings were beautiful. It was out in the countryside and very quiet and just beautiful. So my complaint is not even really a complaint.

Very nice hotel and very quiet near to interesting attractions.

Modern, comfortable and brand new.

The reception was very slow and inefficient (“I am coming”, cannot find the key, cannot find the room, no help with the luggage up to second floor, …) but the restaurant personnel were just great.

Exceptional

Everything! The interestingly decorated room was huge and included a small dining table and chairs. The staff went to extra trouble to help solve a small problem for us. The food in the restaurant was very excellent. We will return!

We had some issues but hope you like it.

Our room was a Junior suit with terrace it was big and beautiful however, it was located on the road side (not much traffic though) just the view was not special and terrace was shared with other room, smokers :((

We arrived on a Sunday, they were closed and on the door there was a number to call. Our phone didn’t work so we had to wait at the door, luckily some other guests helped us to call that number. They could have informed people who arrive on Sunday and Monday (their closing day). Breakfast is paid separately (19 CHF), the manager at check-in asked us if we wanted breakfast but next morning we learned that kitchen was closed ans options were super limited. They could have informed us!

Great spot, modern, would stay again.

Very clean and modern rooms, extremely quiet area but close to town.

Temperatures reached the mid-30's during our stay so it was extremely hot with no A/C. I expect the heat was unusual for that area and with windows open it gave a little relief.

Excellent small hotel in a rural village

We stayed in a junior suite which was large and very well equipped with wardrobe and drawer space. Although an old building, it has been renovated to very modern standards. Good shower, comfortable bed and modern fittings. It exceeded its 3* rating. Because of its remote location, it was also very quiet at night. The food in the hotel restaurant was of a very high quality. Really delicious and good size portions. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

We had to wait too long for the food in the restaurant. This might have been because one of the staff was absent. No complaints at all about the hotel. Not for those who like to go out locally in the evenings. Although Neuchâtel is only about a 20 Minute drive away.
