Not worth the price

Clothesline on the balcony

It was not clean at all. There was hair in the sink from previous guests and dust everywhere in the room. Pillow and bed were not comfortable. Bathroom and the room need a renovation. There is another hotel that uses the hotel's name and photo on Google maps. Thus, we went to the wrong address initially.

Beautiful studios with a pool and a peaceful atmosphere

The accommodation was clean, the furniture older, but sufficient, a functional kitchen. A large swimming pool available, away from the noise of the town, but a 5-minute walk to the beach. Airport 5 minutes by car.. Wonderful owners, daily cleaning. I recommend to all!!!

Nice place in Kardamena

Friendly owners, not too far to walk to the town. Parking is available. The fridge and the A/C were functioning. There is a small kitchen unit which I did not use at all.

The shower is flooding the bathroom because there is no door provided. It is rather small, moving in the shower is not possible when you are a full size person.

Returned 6 weeks after our first visit . We'll be back .

Great location 200 metres from centre of the village . Lovely hosts , nice rooms , well kept . Spacious pool and terrace .

The main inconvenience with the apartments is simply the proximity to a busy road , obviously the apartment management can't do anything about that but road noise during the day can be an issue when laying poolside. Typically greek , the shower room / W.C is small but we expect and accept that - no problems

the hotel is located in a favorable position for reaching Kardamaina just 5 minutes walk. Rooms are cleaned every day and linen and towels were changed often. The host are extremely kind and friendly, this is the kind of place that makes you feel the greek atmosphere and hospitality from the very first minute. Lovely place

Superb

The room was spacious enough for two people, we thought we would be crowded from the pictures but when we got there there was plenty of space. The kitchen is basic but you do have everything you need for a cold or warm breakfast. Cleaning - very good, the room was cleaned daily, towels changed every two days and the sheets every three days, which we really liked! Pool was fantastic! Clean, very few people actually using it. Also decrntly big so you can swim around. Locarion was good - five minutes walk to everything and far awat from the noise of the center so you can get a good nights sleep. Wifi - medium strength. I had to leave the movie 20minutes to load so the quality of the image was good. Other than that ok for emails and general browsing. Hosts are super nice and helpful during our entire stay. Definitely recomend, good value for money!

Very friendly hosts. Good location close to the center of town and close to the beach. Perfect and clean swimming pool. Well equipped apartment with everything you could need.

Curtain in the bathroom is missing. When you’re having shower, expect water all around.

Such a nice place!

I loved the warm welcome! The pool is fantastic and was mostly very quiet. We had it to ourselves a lot. It's at the edge of town, but still very close to the center, the bus stop and not too far from the beaches. The airconditioning was very strong. The apartment is pretty spacious and I love the little terrace outside with a private line to dry your things.

Only thing is that the shower didn't have a curtain so it can get quite wet in the bathroom.

Best place to stay in Kos

Perfect position,walking distance from the town center but in a quite road, cosy,perfectly clean and fully equipped room,with kitchen and balcony, amazing swimming pool and the building is surrounded by beautiful trees and nature. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful,they also offered us amazing fresh fruit from the trees and local specialities! We will definitely come back,thank you!!

Incredible value for money - Perfect Location

We stayed here in September, the property was perfect for what we were looking for. Clean and spacious rooms and balcony. The host Connie was incredibly helpful and welcoming. When we return to Kos there is only one place we will stay.

A peaceful, relaxing stay at a very clean and comfortable apartment.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location gave very good access to the town and beach. The pool area was clean. Normally, pre-covid, I think the road next to the property would have been much busier and therefore not as peaceful during the day. Fortunately it was very quiet and relaxing. Connie and Manolis were the perfect hosts.

The sunbeds and shades were looking a bit tired, but this is rather picky as they were clean, comfortable and functional.
