The hotel itself is beautiful: quiet, big and clean pool, beautiful garden, very close to the beach, some rooms with ocean view. The room is very big.
Wifi was as bad as other reviews already told us. In the restaurant it was acceptable the first day and bad the second. I didn't like the attitude of the staff, at the check-in they didn't inform us about basic things like the possibility to get towels for the pool. They never said hello when someone entered or left the building. The room was not very clean (hair on the floor, party equipment of the former guest still hanging on two places in the room), also there was garbage in the corridor, even though the cleaning staff was always around. The bar tender was not very attentive, even though nobody else was in the restaurant.

Close to the beach
Friendliness of staff… provision of wrong information

We liked the swimming pool and restaurant area. The hammocks were a lovely bonus for relaxing. we also liked the simple bedroom room aesthetic. The staff were really kind and helpful.
We had breakfast included in our stay but it wasn’t clear what exactly that was. we ended up ordering from the menu most days and having to pay for it. This needs clarification.

Clean beautiful place.
Location.close to airport but far from the beach.
2.5
The location is good, neighborhood is quiet.
- Staff is unpleasant
- Breakfast was impossible to take on site because we were told it would take over 30 min to get a fruit salad and a tea, although there was only one other table at breakfast.
- There was a huge rain in Puerto Escondido that night, the hotel flooded, corridors and rooms, there was a power cut, we had to lift all our stuff, use torches, and sleep in a wet room. Next day out of our three rooms, one needed to check out at 2pm, and the hotel still had us pay for the extra hours, despite the flood of the night prior...
- Parking space is ridiculously small
- Bathrooms aren't clean. Our still had pool from previous guests on the trash bag when we arrived.
- Rooms don't have mosquito nets, so you need to keep everything closed.
- Shower curtains were disgusting

Beautiful
It doesn't have beach access and never stated that in the details before or after reservation, I just found out when I arrived there.

Best location in Puerto Escondido and with the most friendliest staff possible! The rooms are very clean and comfortable with even a little livingroom. The pool is huge and the food is amazing! They also played very nice music in the bar and we will definitely come back!
If you want to have a quiet night and be on the best spot in Puerto Escondido, this is your hotel!
Close to many nice bars and restaurants, and next to one the most beautiful beaches in Puerto!

Great pool area. Rooms basic and rustic, but had everything you need. Near to Turtle release beach and fabulous sunsets. We saw whales from the beach too.

Beautiful setting overlooking the ocean. Lovely gardens to relax and watch the sunset. Spacious, clean room with a sea view from our very comfy bed!! Nice restaurant bar to enjoy snacks, a meal or drinks by the big pool.
It was located a little bit away from the centre so a good walk to the beach / cafés / restaurants, which we didn't mind but a bit tough in the heat!

The white interior and exterior is definitely beautiful, everything looks exactly like on photos, the swimming pool area is great.
They annoy you with pretty impolite messages about times for check-in, check-out and the added costs.
There was a smell of canalization in the shower all the time.
My boyfriend got a food poisoning after a breakfast there. I didn’t ever eat there, so I was fine.
There were too many families around to have a calm time at the pool.

The location it's good, close to carrizalillo, the place is kinda cute and clean.
The attitude of the receptionist and the guy on charge of the kitchen was awful, they have to understand they are not doing me any favor, im Paying for my services, since we got there the guy in the reception was acting mean and no polite at all. The place is kinda nice, but I wouldn't stay there again after this lil mean day.

Loved the property. Gorgeous setting all white crystals clear pool. Some food was delicious. Avocado Shrimp salad great. Tortilla soup full of mushy tortillas weird. Chicken soup perfect but didn’t cut out veggies were large chunks. Some staff great and friendly
My air conditioner was freezing first night couldn’t turn it off. Called downstairs they never came. Next day exchanged the remote. Turner it off. Opened windows cause I was getting sick from the aircon. Got hot so turned it back on. Water leaked buckets lived in water soaked floor for 3 of my four days. Asked for a free night they said it was my fault cause I left the window open.

pool, and rooms, but the service was terrible. there was only one server for the whole hotel, the breakfast was always delivered cold, in the lobby the people did not really help us get taxis when we needed.

the staff weren’t always very helpful, especially at the restaurant.

pool was really nice, food was good. good menu. walking distance to a nice beach and walking distance to the main little town. quiet and clean place to retreat after a day at the beach or town to watch sun set and swim.
only double beds so a little small for a couple to share a bed. and wifi didn’t seem to work in the rooms. had to go outside to use it.

quiet rooms, nice pool
very bad food, internet not working anywhere

it’s a lovely setting and we loved watching sunset by the pool. it’s well located for the nicer beaches up in the north of the town.
the food was terrible and the service even worse. the pool wasn’t clean sadly and had flies and debris in it the whole week that we were there.
