Allover a pleasant stay, but a few things need to be improved

Nice spacious room, very clean. Soft lights. Good curtains with 100% darkening effect. King size comfy bed. Big bathroom with walk-in shower. Silent lift. Free parking available in front of the hotel. Friendly staff, particularly the cleaning and breakfast people

The hairdryer was strange (didn't blow properly) and smelly. We had only one extra pillow Heavy traffic noise, even to be heard in the 3th floor (insonorization to be improved) Breakfast room small and crowded. Very little choice of ham and cheese

lovely hotel, great staff, very quiet in the winter.

Spacious, comfy rooms, with a good bathroom. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

The double bed was two single beds combined, which is fine except they weren’t the same firmness. Overall, the mattress and pillows weren’t comfortable.

I liked the hotel was very clean, a five star to Brigida at the reception she is absolutely excellent and professional. She made my stay easy by finding taxi everytime and having welcoming and smiley people when you arrive in a city is a major asset!

I didn't like the fact that for a single woman is a bit decentered by attractions and Milan..very few taxi in the area and no Uber. You have only an excellent Japanese restaurant, supermarket in 5 min from the hotel, except that nothing.

very disappointing. chose this hotel as wanted restaurant and room service but not available and no communication to tel

clean and comfortable

restaurant facilities are closed for some reason but was nothing on their own website or booking.com to tell you that. so no room service available. Breakfast very disappointing as very slow at refilling anything. not many people in breakfast but no eggs and bacon and topped it up once in 30 mins. lots of people came and went with not a lot to eat as the pastries etc had all run out and weren’t refilled.

Very good

coming here now few times. All good, nicely run hotel with friendly staff and good value for money. Sleeping here is just good, with few nice Italian restaurants in the direct neighborhood; try for example la Trattoria San Martino or Osteria al Vintum :-)

Overall good stay, confortable and with tge right price

Continental breakfast with good quality and sevice

Poor choise at the restaurant but underarandable due to the pandemic and the few guests in the hotela

Nice clean rooms, located somewhat closer to Malpensa airport.

To be fair, could be due to Covid, but disappointed that for the price, there is no restaurant, no room service except for maybe coffee, no food menu. This could be improved for sure.
