Excelente, só a piscina que é muito fria!

Localização, funcionários e instalações (fora a piscina) são excelentes.

A piscina é pequena e muito fria, mesmo quando a temperatura da cidade está 40°. O hotel precisa urgentemente colocar um aquecedor solar para resolver esse problema. Fiquei quatro dias hospedado, mas não consegui usar a piscina que estava muito gelada.

Tinha uma goiaba podre no travesseiro.

Gostamos da localização, o café da manhã também é bom. Tem uma área com piscina, apesar da água muito gelada, pois não é aquecida ou climatizada, deu para aproveitar.

A equipe de limpeza e inspeção dos quartos falhou. Alguém que usou o quarto antes da nossa família fez uma sacanagem. Colocaram uma goiaba dentro da fronha de um dos travesseiros. Ao deitar percebemos pelo cheiro, contaminou todo o quarto. Chamamos na recepção mas trocaram apenas o travesseiro, não trocaram as roupas de cama nem nos mudaram de quarto. O cheiro estava muito forte. No dia seguinte conversamos com a gerência do hotel, que nos ofereceu uma diária, mas como já tínhamos que retornar para nossa cidade não iríamos utilizar. Então foi proposto um desconto, e no momento do pagamento o desconto foi de menos de 30% da diária. Nossa família se sentiu lesada, pois tivemos que pagar mais de 70% de uma diária em um quarto fedendo goiaba podre.

If you wanna sleep, find another hotel

I really don't know

The room faced the street and the window, if we can call it a window, was not insulated. It was f***ing noisy. I slept less than 5 hours in total. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

A clean place to transit, but nothing more.

We stayed in the hotel as transit between the airport and the departure of our tour to Pantanal. I wouldn't stay here for another reason. Rooms are clean. Staff is very friendly.

There were only half windows. So you had all the noise from the main street from outside coming in. Rooms are not cosy at all. Breakfast is average.

single glazed windows….the outside noise it’s too bad to be able to sleep properly. my room was at the front of hotel, so I could barley sleep. other than that, it’s all good.

The staff members, the breakfast, WiFi connection, the swimming pool, the services and the great location.

There wasn't a double bed in the bedroom.

Everything is good except the Wi-Fi

I’ve stayed here about 3 times already, the breakfast is good, the apartament looks clean and the staff is nice but the Wi-Fi really sucks, my internet works better with my phone service which is from outside the country than with their Wi-Fi.
