Gratamente sorprendida

Muy buena atención, tuvimos un problema con la puerta de la cabaña una noche, no pudimos ingresar, tuvimos q irnos a otro alojamiento y se nos hizo de inmediato la devolución de esa noche , lo cual nos sorprendió gratamente por la reacción y atención, al otro día nos llamaron q ya estaba solucionado y pudimos regresar a nuestra cabaña. Muy atento el chico de recepción q estaba en la noche, atento a cada detalle . Limpieza 10 de 10, cómoda, muy buena ubicación. Totalmente recomendado.

Cabaña acogedora

Cabaña limpia , con calefacción, buenas camas , bien equipada para ir con niños.

Lo malo es que al regresar desde el centro está en subida asi que si vas a pie hay que tener paciencia y energia , sobretodo si andan con niños.

La cabaña 1 queda cerca de la calle y se siente mucho ruido para dormir, tambn se siente ruido de gente al pasar y conversaciones. La cama y almohadas muy incómodas, cama se hundía y almohadas blandas.

Viaje en familia

Me encantó el lugar y la atención espectacular partiendo por la conserjería y el personal de limpieza, las sras preocupadas que si nos faltaba algo como té, azúcar.

El baño tenía sus pequeñas imperfeciones, ya que el agua de la ducha se salía hacia afuera y eso incomodaba un poco.

habitaciones super pequeñas, se escuchaba todo todo todo de las cabañas cercanas. Mucho ruido nocturno. no habia wifi en la cabaña. Teniamos que salir afuera

Good stay

There was an overbooking on the day we arrived but the owner upgraded us to the whole unit (house) for the same price! Friendly staff around. Very good location as it is only a minute walk away from Bus-Sur terminal. We came during winter and unfortunately most restaurants that we walked past were closed (but I could see the road to be buzzing during summer). It is also close to supermarkets and other shops! Good controllable heater located in the kitchen.

We could hear everything from the outside, it was quite loud because the ground was gravel

great value for the cost

Good location for walking around downtown. clean and comfortable. We were greeted with enthusiasm and kindness. mini split heat pump in the room was very appreciated in the winter as it was nice and warm.

The staff are otherwise very friendly. The cabin is definitely quite small but it was very clean, suitable for a day or two, the Wi-Fi works fine too. The location is quite convenient and the price is reasonable.

Unfortunately we had problems with the showers. The hot water either did not work at all, or would only work for 30 seconds or less, then go freezing cold. I alerted the staff and of course the water showed hot when they were there! So I cannot really blame the staff (althoigh, they did not follow up - and we saw similar complaints on booking.com which indicates this wasn't an isolated issue). However it was horrible having nothing but cold (or nearly all cold) showers for 3 days in autumn.

Good Stay

The bed was comfortable, the place had parking, and it has its own private bathroom and some kitchen amenities. The owner was nice and let us check in before the usual time.

The bathroom was very cold and the water did not come out very hot in the mornings. Also, some silverware was dirty before we arrived. The place was from walking distance to the city center but it involved walking uphill for some time.

1 - Old bed cover. Felt like I was stuck in the 50s. They didn't even put a white sheet like every other hotels/hostels. 2 - Tap in bathroom sink was too pressurised and sprays the entire room when turned on. On the other hand, shower pressure was very slow and warm water couldn't regulate properly. 3 - Heating system controlled by the front desk and you have to call to turn on/off. 4 - Was a headache turning on the kitchen oven.

Very good

So clean and comfortable, and the off-street parking was great. This is a perfect place to stay before catching a flight in Puerto Montt.

It was farther from the center than I usually stay. And for some reason, the water in the shower oscillated from hot to freezing.

Wonderful! Highly recommended.

Our cabana was just amazing! We felt as if they built it especially for us - everything was so comfortable! It was new, spacious, wonderfully maintained, spotlessly clean, well lit, unusually warm in comparison with other places we stay at, and even taking a shower was a pleasant procedure there (because I didn't freeze). The cabana has everything we might need: a stove, electric kettle, microwave, fridge, TV, soap, shampoo, even a detergent, sponge and cloth!
