About this villa rental
Provencal villa 200m ² located in a dead calm and quiet at 1,5 km from the beaches and 300m walk from shops. It is intended for family renting. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information by clicking on "contact the owner".
The Villa with a large living dining room 50m2 opens onto a garden of 670m² very green furnished with a large wooden terrace around the pool (8m x 4m) and outdoor shower.
It has a parental suite 40m ² and 6 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 toilets and a Jacuzzi. This house offers all the equipment and modern comfort to welcome 14 people.
The shady path of Annamitte a few meters from the house runs along the vineyards to the sea and the Village without crossing any car, ideal for hikers.
There is a supplement to heat the pool if required.

The Swimming Pool is closed from November 1st to March 31.

Perfect Experience From Start To Finish
Really great arrival and welcome from the property manager who patiently dealt with our inability to speak French and managed to give us a detailed tour. Incredibly friendly owner who had a genuine interest in our safety and enjoyment…and as for the property…wow! Amazing! A bargain and it feels a lot bigger than in the photographs when you’re actually there which was perfect for our big family of 12!

La villa est idéalement située. Le gérant est vraiment très gentil, l’arrivée et le départ se sont très bien passés. Nous avons vraiment passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle maison, tout y est et la propreté est impeccable. Nous la recommandons les yeux fermés.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons, avec mes amies, passé un excellent séjour à la Londe. La villa est parfaite avec sa jolie piscine dont nous avons bien profité. Grande cuisine très bien équipée. Agréable aussi est le chemin des amanites, juste derrière la villa, par lequel on se rend en 20 min à pied à la plage et en 10min au centre-ville

Passeggiata sotto la pineta per 2 km), raggiungere le Porquerolles o altre splendide spiagge. La villa è silenziosa, molto spaziosa e ben arredata. Unico neo un solo wc per quattro stanze, i bagni e le doccie invece sono sufficienti. Siamo stati molto bene e ci ritorneremo.

Nous étions 9 randonneurs pédestres des hautes Alpes, et nous avons passé un séjour idyllique dans cette maison. Le barbecue , le jardin et jacuzzi ont été très appréciés. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine en raison de la température encore fraîche en ce début de moi d'avril.

Eine Woche im August 2021
Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wir waren mit 13 Erwachsenen ( 3 Familien mit erwachsenen Kindern) dort. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Zusätzlich zum 2türigen großen Kühlschrank in der Küche gibt es noch einen zweiten im Abstellraum. Großeinkäufe waren dadurch super machbar. Hervorragend!
Außenanlage mit schönem Pool, genügend Sitzplätzen/ Liegestühlen, Tischtennisplatte, Grill und drei Autostellplätzen lässt keinen Wunsch offen.
Der Masterbedroom mit eigenem Bad und WC und Klimaanlage im Obergeschoss ist riesig. Bei mehreren Familien muss man entweder ein Los ziehen oder (wie wir es gemacht haben) nach der Hälfte die Zimmer tauschen.
Im Erdgeschoss sind nämlich 4 kleinere, aber funktionelle Schlafzimmer, die sich 2 Bäder und eine Toilette teilen. Das Gartenhaus mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem gemeinsamen Bad optimal.

Sehr geeignet für entspannte Familienferien
Das geräumige, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus bietet viel Platz. Wir waren 10 Erwachsene und vier Kinder und hatten nie das Gefühl einander auf die Füsse zu treten. Der grosse Bildschirm mit Netflix gab die Möglichkeit, ab und zu einen Kinoabend zu machen, was vor allem die Kids sehr schätzten. Da wir jeden Tag strahlendes Wetter hatten, lebten wir vor allem um den grossen Pool und hatten viel Spass. ( nicht nur die Kinder!)
Da wir die Mahlzeiten in der grossen Küche zubereiteten und ab und zu etwas im Ofen machten, fehlten uns die grossen Bleche. Es hatte davon nur eines! Auch heizte der Ofen ziemlich langsam. Das ist aber wirklich das Einzige, das wir zu bemängeln haben.

Zeer mooi en ruim huis ( hebben de annex zelfs niet gebruikt en waren er met 6 volwassenen en 3 kinderen onder de 3 jaar ). Prachtig zwembad . Zeer mooie omgeving . Gezellig stadje en mooi wandelpad vlak bij naar het strand . Alle winkels ( bakker / Carrefour … ) op wandelafstand . Een aanrader

Nous avons passe une semaine agréable en famille dans cette maison fonctionnelle, tres bien équipé et entretenu par l intendance (cuisine, literies, salle de bain, piscine securisee..). Un pied a terre geniale pour découvrir les magnifiques plages et vignes de la région.

Villa très agréable et bien située dans un site tranquille
Vaste villa très bien aménagée avec un beau jardin ombragé et une piscine très agréable en période de forte chaleur. Nous y avons séjourné en famille fin juillet 2020. La villa est super équipée et rien ne manque. La situation est bonne avec un accès à la mer via un chemin qui passe derrière la villa (20 mins de marche). Les commerces et le centre de La Londe sont à proximité (5 mins de marche). L'endroit est très calme et paisible. Très bon confort général de la villa mais le temps étant magnifique nous avons surtout profité de la terrasse et du jardin qui est très beau et bien entretenu.

maison très agréable, tres propre (literie impeccable) piscine et contexte top ( pins, sentier amenant à la mer). Juste un petit bemol la plage a pied est a 2,4 km. Il faut avoir des vélos.

Perfection!
We stayed for two weeks in June 2020. We are a family of 4; with 2 teen boys. This home over-delivered on every account. The communication before our arrival was timely and efficient. The check-in was smooth and we were given a thorough walk-through of the property. The beds were made for us on arrival (20/person), hand and bath towels provided, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools. Beds were comfortable and all the rooms were very clean. The pool was wonderful. Our friends stayed in the "annex" and were very comfortable. They also had to work and the wi-fi was adequate for them while they worked poolside at the table. The home also has 3 washing machines which helped us all. While on our vacation, we went to Gorge du Verdon, Monaco, Italy, Ile de Porquerolles, the local beaches, and to see the lavender. This home was in the perfect location for all of the sites. An added bonus is the security gate around the whole property. We were very happy to stay for two weeks and would do so again. This house is perfect for a large or small group. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A family holiday to remember!
Overall excellent, well equipped and very well located for the small town and the local beaches. The property was tastefully furnished, particularly the master bedroom. All other rooms were very comfortable, however we felt that the annex was somewhat lacking both in the level of storage and was somewhat spartan in its appearance. A few pictures on the walls or even a mirror would have made all the difference.

Sehr schönes Haus an der cote dázur
Dieses Haus verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man für einen Urlaub in größerer Gruppe benötigt. Ausreichende Sitzmöglichkeiten, sehr gute und umfangreiche Küchenausstattung sowie Schlafmöglichkeiten für 14 Personen zeichnen dieses Haus aus.
Supermarkt, Bäcker etc. sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar; der Weg zum Strand entlang der Promenade dauert ca. 30 min. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ( englisch möglich ) verlief schnell und unproblematisch. Insgesamt ist diese Unterkunft definitiv zu empfehlen !

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Sehr Wir sind als 3 Familien mit jeweils 2 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind angereist und der Platz war mehr als ausreichend. Die Zimmer waren durchweg geräumig und die Ausstattung modern und bequem. Ebenso die Küche sowie die Bäder. Insgesamt sehr komfortabel und schön. Die Küche entschädigt dafür umso mehr, diese ist wirklich fast wie daheim ausgestattet, so dass man so gut wie alles zubereiten kann. Wir können die Unterkunft ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen und kommen sicher wiederUrlaub

Maison superbe pour vacanciers
Superbe Villa, spacieuse, idéale pour les familles. Maison toute équipée. Grande piscine avec sécurité volet roulant. Espace extérieur grand et bien entretenu. Le coin est calme et très bien situé. Boulangerie à 3 min à pieds, mer à 2 km.

La villa est parfaite, très bien entretenue et sans mauvaise surprise ! Tout ce qui est décrit est sur place et fonctionne parfaitement. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la réactivité du propriétaire, l'emplacement parfait, l'équipement très approprié pour de grandes réunions, le calme, l'environnement.
Très proche des commerces, marchés, plages et sites à visiter.
Un petit bémol pour l'annexe, qui pour nous devrait être attribuée à des ados, jeunes adultes, pas de rangement, la clim externe et porte d'entrée indépendante.
A re louer sans hésiter.

Very nice house, comfortable and modern in a very nice area
Spent a week here and had a great time. The owners were really nice and helpful. The house is very comfortable and modern with a nice pool. The area is very beautiful with lots of nice beaches and there is an amazing bakery just around the corner.
Couple of things to note: no barbecue, you need to get your own, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the whole of the riviera this year (nothing to do with the house), the annex can have 4 people but it is small so would recommend they known each other well! Great stay all around!

14 Tage Traumurlaub in wunderschöner Lage
Ein großes Lob an Eric!!! Die Kommunikation war perfekt und Eric hat sich immer sehr Zeitnah per Telefon oder SMS gemeldet.
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und komfortabel eingerichtet. Wir haben den Urlaub genossen und hatten sehr viel Spaß. Das Haus ist sehr gut für mehrere Personen oder Familien geeignet. Man hat genügend Platz und jeder hatte die Möglichkeit sich zurück zuziehen.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, die Räume sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einzig die Matratzen hätten ein wenig besser sein können.
Alles in Allem aber ein phantastisches Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Der Pool war das Highlight bei allen Beteiligten und wurde ausgiebig in Anspruch genommen. Liegen und Möbel sind von sehr guter Qualität und auch ausreichend für mehrere Personen vorhanden.
Bäckerei, Restaurants und der Strand waren ein Steinwurf entfernt und in wenigen Minuten erreicht.
Sehr zu empfehlen bei Reisen mit Kindern ist das Restaurant La Voile Plage am Strand von Miramar. Die Kinder konnten am Strand spielen und die Eltern könnten ihren Wein genießen. Preis / Leistung ist top.
Wir hatten 14 sonnige Tage in einer sehr schönen Villa… vielen Dank an Eric!!! Wir empfehlen dieses Haus zu 100 % weiter.

A big compliment to Eric !!! The communication was perfect and Eric was always very close by phone or SMS.
The house is well maintained and comfortably furnished. We enjoyed the holiday and had a lot of fun. The house is very suitable for several people or families. There is enough space and everyone had the opportunity to retire. The equipment is very good, the rooms are tastefully decorated. Only the mattresses could have been a little better. All in all a fantastic house with very good facilities.
The kitchen is very well equipped and we did not miss anything.
The pool was the highlight of all involved and was extensively used. Beach chairs and furniture are of very good quality and sufficient for several people.
Bakery, restaurants and the beach were a stones throw away and reached in a few minutes.
Highly recommended for traveling with children is the restaurant La Voile Plage on the beach of Miramar. The children could play on the beach and the parents could enjoy their wine. Price / performance is great.

Perfect villa in great location for a large family holiday.
We had a wonderful holiday. The newly refurbished villa is brilliantly placed in a quiet location but just a short walk to the shops and beach. The house is spacious, clean and well equipped with everything that you could want. Bathrooms are great with excellent showers and there is a jacuzzi bath in the master suite. We spent hours in the swimming pool which was maintained during our stay. The owners were fantastic and communicated with us every step of the way, giving us information. They were really helpful and we felt well looked after and that they really wanted us to have a great holiday. We didn't want for anything. The town and surrounding area is absolutely beautiful and there are lots of great bars, restaurants and things to do.

When we arrived to the villa we found it exactly as we had expected it from the description. It is a beautiful house, well managed and proper. There was enough space in the bedrooms and the annex was perfect for the family with small children in our party. The house is perfectly located in a nice villa neighbourhood. The village centre is a short walk away and both the beach and the port are reachable by foot. The port offers nice restaurants with a view. You can also take a boat from there to go to Porquerolles. If you have a car there are plenty of things to see and do just an hour's drive away from the house. It is also easy to take the bus from the village centre to Toulon and catch the train. The owner of the house made a very good impression all the way from the start. We had a perfect stay and we would recommend this villa to any of our friends heading for France.
