The apartment is very spacious and great value for the money. Wonderful spa bath on the balcony. Very short walk to one of the most luxurierst shopping areas Boat Avenue which I appreciated a lot.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much
The staff seems rather annoyed and not very welcoming. The pool area seems abandoned and uninviting, some things in the apartment don’t work (bath in the bathroom). Unfortunately, you can sense that they are struggling. If they’d paint the entire building, you could probably charge 30% more as it’s the main reason why it starts to look a bit run down-which attracts lower class customers.
It’s very quiet which I liked, but that adds to the feeling that this place has struggles due to Covid restrictions.
Nevertheless, I’d recommend this place due to the area, lovely apartments and Boat Avenue nearby.

Hotel is in a good location and a nice pool.
Old and in need of TLC. Staff were nowhere to be seen. Maid service was average and I didn't see security.

Location. Size of 1 bdrm apartment
Walls are thin. Could easily hear people talking and tv from the bedroom. Kept us awake

Room was lovely but musty, pool was great and clean, location was fantastic, near all the shops beach bars and restaurants, had a great breakfast at Peppers and a few cocktails at soulshack all within walking distance
Arrived at night with thai daughter in law, the one staff did not speak English or thai, no help with bags from car or to room, car park dark, room was musty and to much air freshener used!

3500 baht per night for 2 bedrooms with double bed, but what we actually got is 1 double bed and 2 twin beds put together (which slide apart when you lie on them). This could’ve been overlooked if the apartment didn’t stink so bad of mold. Just terrible.

Friendly staff. Things were fixed and remedied as soon as we mentioned they weren't working properly. Walking distance to many restaurants and the main expat center of Bang Tao. Plenty of parking. Refrigerator and freezer are very large and efficient.
Internet router and shower head weren't working when we got in. However, it was sorted as soon as it was mentioned. English could be better from the font-desk staff. Unclear and inconsistent price quotes from websites and the front desk.

The room was really big with separate bedroom. Also there was a fully equipped kitchen with big refrigarator. There is a nice outdoor shopping square with lots of good quality shops and restaurants at walking distance, less then 1 km.
It is not very luxury, not very cosy. There was a spa on the balcony but we did not try it. We did not see any swimming pool.

Location is great if having a late night in Boat Avenue area or want a weekend in BangTao beach. Great value.
Not enough toiletries

Big rooms. Nice kitchen. Good WIFI.
Had to walk to my room in the dark, hotel put off the lights - probably to save on electricity.
Curtains don’t close.
Spatub is outside on the balcony for the whole world to see.
Bathtub inside no hot water and no waterpressure, will take 3 hours to fill. Drain doesn’t work either.
When I opened the showerdoor the doorstrip came lose and fell on my head.
Dirty stains on the curtains.
Glassplate on salontable has very sharp edges, cut my leg bloody.
There’s a bathtub and a spatub but no soap....
