I recommend

Everything was just like in the offer. We used self-checking which was very easy. The studio was clean, spacious and just like at the pictures. The area is very nice, it was quiet and peaceful. There is a bus and a trolleybus stop nearby, with which you can easily reach the city center or the train station.

I have nothing to complain about.

Again, great location, very clean but, pay to stay somewhere with no water running it’s a disgrace.

Left with no water, so we couldn’t wash ourselves or even make a coffee or tea for more than 24 hours. Been told that there is some local problems on water network. Still, they should have a backup water system installed.

Exactly what we needed for a 3 day stay . Everything was fine . On day 2 of our stay local construction burst a water pipe and we were without water . This was no fault of the apartment owners and the lady we dealt with communicated with us regularly until the issue was resolved . Cant commend her enough for her helpfulness and caring and apologetic messages and calls . It did put a bit of a dampner on our stay but it was through no fault of the management and staff .

It's a nice apartment. It was clean and tidy.

The landlord was kind, but she didn't take care to heat the room. It was 17 degrees in the room, when outside was freezing. Also, I was disappointed when I saw that there was no warm water. Even there were no additional blankets given the conditions.

Good location, nice sized apartments with a full kitchen and utensils!

Bathroom furniture needs upgrading, the shower was falling apart. It would be nice if they offered better pillows.

- Nearby the subway and many good restaurants in the proximity - has a kitchen where you can cook and good appliances - the apartment is big and the internet connection was great - has central heating and water which is very important in bucharest

- the smell: really bad smell coming from the bathroom - there was water leak in the bathroom that was there for a long time unrepaired but the staff pretended it's the first time they see it - noise from the street: we were aware is close to the main boulevard but some investment in isolating the noise would be great - there was a weird guy knocking at the door on the first day, the location can be easily accessed by weird people - I think last time that place saw some fresh paint was 10 years ago, the walls were really dirty - bad quality of the towels (they were not changed at all during our stay)

Overall is cheap,but so dirty,better fide something else near,location is great.

Not sure where to start,should be 0 stars,not 3,landlord not even bother to clean before we check in,shower leaking,dust everywhere,cobwebs in every corner,location is good but i not recommend to stay in here till they not doing a full refurbishment.
