comfortable and well provided, nothing was missing
we had a room for 3 and there were only 2 chairs on the balcony, third chair would have been nice, or a little more space to sit indoors.

Fabulous value for money. Friendly staff too
Not much! Can’t fault price and value

The room was very nice and had a very comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly and the food was excellent as well as good value for money.
4.5
The cleanliness, the layout of the room & the friendliness of the staff.
We coukd hear every single noise , conversation from our neighbours. We arrived late , & they were up at 6am , it was full on noise. The veranda was a great idea , but the gap was too big so couldnt let dog out, or keep door open . It was 28 degrees so we struggled a little, but there was a fan available. Thank you

Did not expect breakfast but it was continental and more than adequate.
A bit out of town, but worth the effort.

The hotel was spotless! We couldn’t fault a thing with it.
Great breakfast which we were able to take back to our room to enjoy it.
Very dog friendly place and our two Cocker Spaniels gave it their approval as well.
Nothing, everything was perfect!

the awful traffic noise - my worst nightmare

Large clean room with well equipped shower room. Good range of complimentary breakfast foods. Lovely friendly staff. Dog friendly. Reasonably priced. Large car park. Adequate pub food.
A tad noisy as it's on a main road. Bed could have been more comfy.

Room was basic but very clean. I loved the attached pub, made us feel like locals for the night.
Staff was very friendly as well. Terrific value.

Self service continental breakfast suited us fine maybe a bigger selection of cereals ? Bran flakes or fruit and fibre perhaps but it was ok we both managed to get something so all well .
Bed / headboard was squeaky although comfy . Noisy from outside a child screamed for around an hour non stop in the beer garden at tea time. It wasn't the most relaxing to listen to we could hear it with door and windows closed so definitely couldn't have sat on our balcony. No karaoke at night which did disappoint us a little.

Room was clean with great facilities. Kettle, fridge, bottled water etc. Bathroom was spotless and towels shower gel etc. provided.
The room was a the front of the building on a main road. The beds had flanalette sheets and a heavy duvet cover which was not suitable for a warm stuffy night. Guests came in during the night 3.00am and further disturbed an already restless night.

The entire stay experience was awesome! The room, it's cleanliness, staff and the restaurant, all were very much satisfactory! The staff Muriel was brilliant, very cordial and always ready to help. Honestly, we had selected this property by compulsion (as it was a last minute plan, and there was no place in Edinburg), however, after this wonderful experience, we are planning to stay here in future (by choice)!
Nothing as such

Continental breakfast was fine, good selection.
Sky tv didn’t work.

Friendly staff, helping without much fuss.
Hard to have breakfast in one's room without a table. The family room was a bit tight anyway. Luckily, the restaurant downstairs opened and the lady was very helpful, setting up a table for us and serving fresh tea and coffee.

the facilities were nice. everything was clean. a good hotel to stay one night. breakfast was also very nice.
a bit loud. there is a cafe below the rooms they warned us that there was a party untill twelve. it went on untill 1:30. just be aware of this.

The room had a lovely little decked balcony and was cosy and stylishly furnished. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast-even some healthy options like bananas- so something to suit everyone.
Perhaps our welcome could have been a tiny bit warmer. I think there was some kind of issue with payment for the room-maybe they didn't have my debit card details or something like that, I can't remember exactly, but whatever it was, it was an entirely innocent mistake/omission.

The room was gorgeous, spacious, very clean, stayed in alot of hotels and this room was by far the nicest
Absolutely nothing
