Breakfast was ok..
The room did not look like the room we booked, the other rooms were busy. The hotel is pretty old and not comfort for a long stay

Staff were helpful when I needed some documents printing off for our flight home
Not the cleanest there were multiple bugs on the floor and in the bed. Had to ask for a blanket. Bathroom isn't great no box around the shower so you shower with water falling on the toilet seat and then all over your feet. Had to wear flip flops. Neighborhood doesn't feel safe at night. Passable for a couple of nights for the price

Breakfast is good. Price is fair.
Noisy at night, very small rooms. you cannot enter or leave without staff having to unlock the door for you. metro station is abot 800 meters away

Cheap basic hotel room, it's really fair for the price, but don't expect much. Very friendly and helpfull staff and at walking distance from Brás train station.
The room was really noisy. There were no blankets, not even thin bedsheet-like. The neighborhood is not much appealing.

The breakfast was good and the location. Only one nice staff member.
The staff were very rude and unhelpful. Especially the girls in the kitchen. The room was well-sized but very old and a little dirty. Lots of mosquitos! and a very uncomfortable bed. For this type of hotel it should only be about $50-60 reis a night (not $100). The door lock was broken and it was quite difficult every day to go in and out of the room. On my 2nd last day I became locked inside my room. Very scary for someone with claustrophia. I called a male staff member to come fix it so i could get out of the room. After 20mins he still hadn´t come so I called again and he asked me if I had fixed it!! Unbelievable. Finally the male staff member came to my room to try and fix it and didn´t even apologise. In the end, he couldn´t fix it properly but He didn´t seem to care and even expected that I would stay in the room with a broken lock. I told him I wanted to change rooms. He didn´t want to put me in a bigger nicer room and instead sent me to a smaller room with no window and no ventilation. This place is not worth the price. The only thing good about it is the breakfast and the location. It should be way cheaper than what it is. This is my first every complaint about a hotel. I have always stayed in cheap, simple hotels and never had a problem. For me this hotel is too expensive for what you get and the staff are terrible.

The room was functional if not anything special.
The area. The fact our taxi driver waited for a good minute to make sure we got through the secure entrance safely was not a great start. It certainly didn't feel like a place you'd want to be wandering around, especially at night. Not having a safe in the room is a major issue. There's literally nothing going on around there. We moved to another place in Pinheiros which was only slightly more expensive yet you could easily walk around alone at night and there was plenty of bars and restaurants.
