Comfortable bed, bar fridge was there, side lamps, heater, peaceful neighborhood, overall tranquil guesthouse, I felt safe
Bathroom drain had hair

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, and clean. We were also grateful for the heater that we could use to warm the room.
The showers were terrible - the water pressure and ability to mix hot and cold resulted in mostly fighting with taps and freezing in the shower.

The breakfast was delicious! And the view from the dining room was beautiful
The shower was not comfortable to use.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Concipient for shops and restaurants. We enjoyed using the lovely garden.
Overall musty smell of the house and felt that although the bathroom was adequate, the steps were very dangerous. Lovely hot water though.

My colleagues and I stayed here for a week as it was well located to our training site, and because it was within our project budget. Staff were superb with Maria being super sweet and expertly able to cater to our different dietary needs. I had a couple of challenges with my room initially and both were promptly addressed. Rooms were spacious, clean and tastefully decorated making you feel like a home from home. The owner clearly understands customer satisfaction when she professionally assisted us and resolved a discrepancy between the advertised pricing for breakfast and when we came to pay. Breakfast was simple, delicious and well executed with a good choice for everyone. It is seldom we find good creamy scrambled eggs! We especially liked the guest house's approach to being environmentally friendly, with the use of glass jars filled with yogurts, jams and family style butter, as well as refillable toiletries in the bathrooms, thereby reducing the use of single use plastic. That in itself would have us come back!
The room with the bunk bed has a curtain rail that should be changed to one without a sharp corner. It is too close to the top bunk and someone could accidentally hit their head in the dark.

The quiet location.
Requested a twin room, got a room with a king size bed & sleeper couch. Couch was dusty & uncomfortable. The room also had a strong damp smell.

1. The location
2. Friendly staff
3. The room was big enough
4. DSTV channels
5. The kitchen had almost everything
1. I did not like the fact that it was a two bed so the other room was occupied by someone else. Yes, the door separating us was locked but I was uncomfortable.
2. There was a confusion about the booking. I booked for 2 days but they thought It was l for one night. Having to explain that was quite an exercise.
3. I don't know if it was the person from the other room who was smoking or my room had cigarette smell. Or the smoker could have been chilling outside?

Where do I possibly start? Mama Martha is a breath of fresh air, she is literally an angel on earth. I felt like a 8 year old who had only just started school and was smothered and spoilt on a daily with a scrumptious breakfast and a glass of the refreshing juice. Thank you Marion at @ 3, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it anyone who wants to take a break from the busy world. Also, did I mention that I had a personal chauffeur? organised for me by Mama Martha of course!!
Some of the DSTV channels promised on the brochure were not available
