Very bad beds. Location isn’t bad

The location is ok and the Wi-Fi is good. Friendly cat that has a tail, whiskers and fur and is happy to play

The beds are awful. The mattresses sag in the middle big time. I had back ache after sleeping on it and because of the sag, there is basically no padding and it’s like sleeping on the floor. I know they have a need to control cost but seriousley guys, you can’t just never renew your mattresses. I thought about asking if I could change beds but all of the others in the room were the same. How they can think those mattresses are ok is ridiculous

Bueno para una noche

Está en una zona muy segura, queda muy cerca del Parque Cuscatlán, el trato del personal en general fue bueno, atendieron bien mis consultas, la relación precio calidad es buena, es barato el costo por noche.

Pienso que podría mejorar un poco la estructura del lugar, sin embargo hay que tomar en cuenta que se cobra barato por lo que está bien la relación de precio y calidad, del centro histórico queda a unos 30 minutos caminando.

El lugar es muy limpio y esta en una buena zona, no recuerdo el nombre de el chico de recepción pero cuando llegue fue muy amable y me busco opciones para sentirme lo mas a gusto posible en el lugar, Muchas gracias! . Las chicas de la limpieza son muy amables y siempre están dispuestas ayudarte en todo, Muchas gracias a todos!!

Los colchones deberían de cambiarlo ya que se siente un poco los hierros de las camas

Gutes Hostel

Gutes Hostel. Lage ist gut. Ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Zentrum. Relativ ruhig, sauber und bequem. Tolle Terrasse.

Everything good, but if they don’t fix internet I don’t recommend anybody to stay here.

It’s located close to the park, the kitchen and the sated areas are very good and comfortable. The stuff was very kind and friendly.

The WiFi just is not working AT ALL, we have just arrived to a new country, we did ’t have a sim-card, and what we were supposed to do without internet ? How to search for the next stay, how to text people that you have arrived and whatever? When you book hostel you suppose that you gonna have WiFi.

Hostal muy lindo y elegante.

La elegancia y ubicación del lugar. Buena atención. Cero discriminación. Todo limpio. Muy cómodo. Cocina equipada. Terraza para tender ropa. Abundante agua. Excelente!!

Que algunas huéspedes migrantes. Se acuestan en cualquier cama. Ademas de usar la suya y se quedan hablando en alta voz por teléfono, hasta más de media noche. El hostal debe poner reglas en ese aspecto.

Lugar espacioso

Las personas que atiende. no tenían dato de la reservación entre ellas no se comunicaron y nos ofrecieron desayuno, luego fue un: no hay cómo prepararlo. Un desorden en cuanto a la atención !!!

El dueño dijo que no aloja a ecuatorianos me trató muy mal y no me dejó hospedarme y el dinero de la habitación no reembolsó

El personal muy atento y el ambiente tranquilo. Las instalaciones y la limpieza requieren muchas mejoras.

Muy buena ubicación , frente al parque Cuscatlan.

El estado de las camas , sábanas , instalaciones del cuarto en general. Muy deterioradas . Una cucaracha en la ducha otra en la ranura de la puerta. La cama y el colchón malos. No hay wifi en el cuarto.

Good value for money

Nice big, clean rooms. kitchen was well equipped. staff friendly. Great value for money.

slightly out of the centre but we knew that before booking. Rooms had a fan but were still very hot.

This hostel is not open due to a fire

A fun hostel with a good amount of social areas

The hostel had a fire after our first night. It has meant that our travel plans have had to change due to a replacement of passport and documents.

The lady receptionist is very happy. The pupusas places behind the hostel.

There are no shops around and the staff should tell you that you can just have some pupusas for breakfast in the corner. NO SOAP IN THE BATHROOM.

Good !

You pay exactly for what you get. The rooms have their own bathroom which is good and the kitchen is massive with two cookers so you have plenty of space. Drinking water is also available for no extra charge. Beds are comfortable with fans inside. Social space is quite Nice.

There is One extension for all the Dorm to charge their electronics. It could be a bit more cleaned throught the day. The staff wasn't particularly helpfull or interested in giving us information on what to do and other information such as transports. The bins were changed once a day and the water most of the time was empty. It just felt that it could use with a bit more attention in general.

Best hostel. Would stay long time if in other place...

The hostel feels like a home. So welcoming and many different spots to chill. Great kitchen too.

I didn't like that the other travelers didn't clean their mess in kitchen. But that has nothing to do with hostel!

Love the staff, great people!

Very nice staff. Bus Station close. Great Park close. Well equipped kitchen. Fans in the dorms. Hot water everywhere.
