About this chalet rental

Quiet villa with all services and amenities, located in a quiet area at the entrance of the town. With a location that facilitates access to all services (supermarkets Lidl and Mercadona at 300 meters, beaches, bars, restaurants, golf course, paddle, train station, 20 minutes from Port Aventura, ...) ideal for families .

The house is very quiet and with beautiful views. We have free parking right at the main entrance.

It has all the comforts included in the price: bed sheets, towels, wifi, washing machine, appliances, ... and the final cleaning of the house.

The town is located in a privileged place on the Costa Dorada, with long beaches and surrounded by mountains. With access to practice different water and mountain sports: windsurfing, mountain biking, paddle, surfing, kayaking, hiking, golf, fishing ...

The house is really nice and very well equipped. We had a small problem with the television on the Sunday afternoon and it was sorted out within an hour. Very impressive! Would definitely recommend.

We had a great time at this villa, teenagers loved the pool, and we enjoyed the outside seating areas. A car isn’t necessary - supermarkets are five minutes, train station is ten minutes and the beach 20 minutes - might be a bit far if you had small children. We got the train to Barcelona and had a great day, hired bikes in the town one afternoon, and just hired a car for a few days. Taxi to and from Reus airport was easy and about 50 euro. We stayed at portaventura for the first few days but you could easily do it from this villa. Owner was very helpful - answered any questions on WhatsApp.or came round if needed. Villa had everything we needed for our holiday, was very clean, and in a quiet / safe neighbourhood. A great first VRBO experience.

Lovely clean well equipped villa which met all our needs (we were family of six with ages 5 up to 80). Nice and spacious with nice clean pool which was well used. Nice quiet location but within very short walking distance to supermarkets and little longer walk to town and beach. Hosts were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a holiday.

Un semana estupenda

Desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa. Los propietarios muy amables y atentos, nos recibieron y enseñaron donde estaba todo para que nuestra estancia fuera lo más agradable posible. A la casa no le falta detalle, las estancias son amplias y disponen de todas las comodidades. Está todo muy cuidado. Pero lo mejor de todo es la piscina junto a la barbacoa y la zona de comedor exterior con acceso directo a la cocina. 100% recomendable

No tengo palabras para expresar lo bien que hemos estado en esta casa toda la familia durante una semana, con niños pequeños, un adolescente y adultos. Todos hemos quedado encantados. El trato de los anfitriones de la casa, inmejorable! La casa dispone de todo lo necesario, muy limpia, camas cómodas con aire acondicionado/ventilador en todas las estancias, piscina estupenda, ... sin duda, para repetir!!!

Perfecto para ir de vacaciones familiares. La casa es espectacular: espaciosa, limpia, aire acondicionado en cada habitación, sofás y mesas amplios y cómodos, camas cómodas, barbacoa, piscina (no irrita aunque abras los ojos bajo el agua), tumbonas, mesa de ping-pong... Los anfitriones fueron amables y nos proporcionaron todo lo necesario (y ¡más!): toallas para todos, básicos de alimentación (aceite, sal, azúcar...), vajilla completa y prácticamente nueva, juguetes para los niños. A menos de 5 minutos andando tienes un Mercadona y un Lidl. La playa queda a unos 20-25 minutos andando, pero en coche tardas 3-4 minutos, y hay sitio de sobra para aparcar. No está masificado, las playas tampoco, lo cual se agradece. También hay varios sitios para comer/cenar en la zona del puerto. En definitiva, un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de las vacaciones, y donde repetiría sin dudarlo :-)

villa tres propre,avec toutes les commoditées,cuisine tres bien équipé,climatisation dans toutes les pièces,spacieuce,super coin piscine avec beau jardin,quartier au calme avec l'acces autoroute a 2 minutes,Maribel tres gentille et a l'ecoute pour pouvoir mieux faire.Nous y reviendrons l'année prochaine.Je recommande vivement cette location que nous avons fortement apprécié.Encore un grand merci Maribel.

Grande maison, près des grands axes routiers mais dans un quartier résidentiel vraiment tranquille. Deux épiceries au coin de la rue. Maribel et son mari sont super sympathiques et accueillants. La maison était impeccable et tout était fonctionnel. Belle piscine, table de ping pong, BBQ, beaucoup d'espace pour profiter de l'extérieur. Cuisine bien équipée. Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants et la maison était parfaite. Il ne manquait que des fournitures de plage (chaises, parasol, jouets, etc.). Pour le reste, c'était parfait! Toute la famille a adoré! Merci Maribel!

I really recommend this villa for a family holiday. Large, well equipped house with a great pool. Location is perfect for trips into nearby Cambrils and Salou whilst being nice and quiet when back at the villa. Owners were great too and were really helpful and quick to answer any query we had.

Tolle Villa und wunderbare Vermieter!!!

Wir haben diese Villa für insgesamt 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder gebucht und hatten alle ausreichend Platz. Das Haus war sauber, ordentlich und super klimatisiert. Von den Vermietern wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Sogar Getränke standen schon im Kühlschrank bereit. Bei Fragen konnten wir sie jederzeit erreichen. Der gemütliche Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein und der Pool bietet Spaß für Groß und Klein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen, allerdings ist die Umgebung sonst sehr ruhig. Ein Auto vor Ort ist zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Urlaubszeit! :)

Fabulous villa for a family, quiet but great location and a beautiful pool!

We, two adults and our four children enjoyed a fantastic stay at this Villa. Though we arrived very late at night, Maribel and Jordi stayed to welcome us. The villa is very well equipped from each bedroom, TV lounge, the kitchen, both indoor and outdoor dining areas, the barbecue grill, the outside seating - sun loungers and easy chairs alike and we all enjoyed the beautiful pool. We really liked the location - on the quiet outskirts of L'Hospitalet but with two supermarkets within 5 minutes walk and the centre of town a five minute drive nothing was too far away. I had feared that being so close to the highway and motorway might be a problem, but to the contrary, it meant that we had easy access for any road trips and could hear nothing of the traffic. The train station serving all points to Barcelona and beyond was less than 10 minutes walk away. We would highly recommend this location to any family. We found Maribel and Jordi to be very welcoming and accommodating. Genuinely nothing was too much trouble to them and they were very responsive to any requests for information or assistance. Thank you both!
