the view and the only 5 star hotel in sharma
mainly the hotel for Neom staff,
nothing wrong with that, but when I've asked to extend my stay one more night, the asking price much higher than booking.com rate.

Location and the staff and the food only
It’s it very clean and there are no telephone in the room

I like the whole atmosphere and how secluded and quiet the place is for a relaxing vacation with the family and we might go back again. I like the food and Ramadan's iftar next to the beach. My kids love the pool and activities inside the resort, it clearly shows that the resort cares for the kids and family.
I didn't like that they put us and our kids in far separate caves and not next to each other. The room service is good but is always late although not a lot of people were at the resort at the time we were there. Rocky beach is not our favorite.

very beautifully made . the staff was extremely friendly and co operative . served with a welcome fruit basket . it was raining heavily but staff was always available. the breakfast was generously served too
No microwave or hair drier which is a must in winter season specially on a resort .

This is the only 5 star hotel for miles around, but it is international 5 star standard: the gardens are gorgeous and it looks right over the sea. We were there at a cold and windy time, but we weren't cold inside. The large glass walled restaurant in the centre is a real treat and we ate very well at the buffet. We slept well in our villa which had a double and a twin room. And walking in the evening we enjoyed the smell of the herbs and flowers that were planted around the villas. The area is beautiful, we used it as a base to see the Catalina Seaplane wreck, Tyeb Al Ism and Al Bad tombs, all of which were great.
Communications were poor. I couldn't get an answer on the phone or by email to my question about beds and I think that the problem may be a shortage of English speakers on reception. It was difficult to understand the bed/room configuration from the website. We were not permitted to check out until the room had been checked, which was a new process for me, and made me feel uncomfortable, it also added an extra 15 minutes to the process. Of course there is no minibar so I'm not sure what they were checking for. At breakfast some of the fruit and cold meat looked dry. In the room above the restaurant the screen was showing jamiroquai live, people kept leaving the door open and it was very windy. The staff watched the screen whilst the guests got up to close the door!

The view and the food. Was absolutely awesome
I don’t like the mattress it wasn’t comfortable.
