Beautiful 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom Villa. with swimming pool, on street parking. Located just off the strip, Old Town, and Oura Beach.Villa Collum has a fully integrated open plan kitchen / living space, bathrooms, and modern furniture.
Located in the heart of Albufeira, this large villa is ideal for families or large groups that are looking for a quiet setting with excellent entertainment space.
All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned.
Property is a short drive to Pinecliffs, Gale, and Guia (where Algarve shopping is located with large supermarket, many shops supplying clothes, shoes, sports equipment, and large cinema with all the latest releases in English) and 25 min drive to Quinta do Lago. The property is surrounded by the best golf courses, lovely restaurants, supermarket is approx 0.5 km away (large supermarket that provides most essential items).
The living room has seating for 8 guests and dining room also seats 6. The outside dining area has a further chairs that can be used either inside or outside to accommodate larger groups.

Fully fitted kitchen including electric hob and oven, large fridge /freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, washing machine, microwave, cutlery, plates and cooking utensils provided.
Dining Room:
Features hard wood extendable dining table with six chairs. When extended extra chairs can be added from the patio.
Living Room:
Benefits from comfortable sofas coffee table, & LED TV which features many English, Portuguese and international channels & with double patio doors leading to pool area and shady outside seating area.

Villa Collum has a large area around the swimming pool for guests to relax and enjoy the sunshine. There is plenty of room to run around within a private and quiet location. There is a table tennis table for guests to use.
BBQ is easily accessible near the main sliding doors that lead to the swimming pool. Villa Collum is ideal for any social event. It is close to Villa Century, Casa Juliana, Villa Sete for large groups that wish to be close to each other.

Check out time is before 10 am. There maybe times when we can be flexible.
Any extension on these times must be notified on booking form otherwise an additional charge will incur.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! It offered incredible value for money, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the strip in the new town. The host was fantastic, with excellent communication skills and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in the villa. The pictures don't do it justice. The beds are new and everything was really clean. The villa had everything we needed for our holiday and any issues that cropped up were dealt with promptly and efficiently. We felt very safe in the villa and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a holiday with a group of friends in the area. Also, the owner organised our airport transfers which was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, thank you very much.

Had a lovely stay here for my hen with 13 of us in total. The villa was very close to the strip. Villa had everything we needed (we would have liked more mirrors as we would all be getting ready at the same times). The pool area was lovely and the sun beds were very comfortable. Air-con in all the bedrooms was good. The key situation was a little bit awkward if we came back to villa separately as you need the same bunch of keys to get into the gate but also into the villa, an extra key would solve this issue. Would definitely stay again in the future.

What an ideal property for our stag do. The villa had everything the 12 of us needed, and its location was perfect. Close enough to stagger home from the strip, yet far enough away that you can still get some sleep in peace. The pool was an added bonus.
Jim was excellent in answering our questions and helping us to sort out a supermarket delivery. I cannot rate this villa and host highly enough! Thoroughly recommended!!!

The property was in a great location for attending the strip and beachfront. Keys situation is a bit difficult with a big group especially with not being able to open external gate from inside. No black bin bags, extra toilet paper or table tennis bags and balls. Other than that the place is perfect. Thanks to Jim and his team for the stress free process whilst booking.

Overall good. Less than 5 minute walk to the strip and €3.50 in Uber to old town. Although there is a building site across the road we had no noise through the day as there didn't appear to be much work going on. WiFi was in and out. Good communication with Jim. Good place for a reasonably priced place to stay with a group of friends

Great overall. location is fantastic / next to the strip and a walk from the beach. Unfortunately whilst we were there, there was horrendously loud building works going on directly opposite the villa, meaning 'relaxing around the pool' was pretty difficult. Would recommend this place for any stag / hens. just be mindful that its very loud on weekdays and I doubt these buildings will be built any time soon.

Jim was fast at replying and very accommodating as well as the villa manager Miguel whilst our stay helping us with wifi and airport transfers. The villa is less than 5 minutes away from the strip which was perfect but not loud at all, as well as being less than 10 minutes to the beach. We all had the best time, thank you so much!

Clean Villa, comfortable beds. Jim was great leading up to our stay answering all our questions. Transfers to and from airport spot on. We had everything we needed as a group of 13. Great location only 2-3 mins walk to the strip and a short tuk-tuk ride to the old town. 👍

There was 8 of us staying at the villa for my friends hen do.
The villa was clean and facilities were great, loads of beds and showers. Showers were nice and hot. it’s in such a good location right near all the night life but far enough away that you can’t hear any of the bars and clubs. Literally a 2 minute walk from the strip. The pool was lovely and clean and loads of sun loungers, the host Jim was brilliant at communicating with us and while we were there we were given a number to call if any problems or needed a taxi. Would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing villa in the perfect location, just a couple of minutes from the main strip which was ideal us and far enough away to get our heads down. Perfect for stag/hen groups. Beds comfortable and all with shower rooms. Jim who I was in contact with was always on hand via phone/message and couldn’t do enough for us. The perfect host and a great trip all round. We really enjoyed our stay here at Villa Collum. It was perfect for spring break with a group of people. Perfect location, only 5 minute walk from the Strip and maybe 10 from the beach. Safe neighborhood. Jim and Miguel were very timely in replying to my texts if I had any questions. 10/10! If you are ever in Albufeira don’t miss out on this house! I will be back!

Great Villa Great Location.
We stayed at this villa as a group of 11 for a stag do in July 2022. The whole process from booking to check in was seamless. Jim the property manager was so responsive to all communications and really helpful with anything we needed. The villa itself was clean and tidy on arrival with everything as advertised. The pool was great and it just had everything we needed. The villa is literally a 5 minutes walk to the top of the strip and accessible to all that has to offer. It was also only a short cab/tuk tuk ride to the old town where we ended up spending most of our time. Overall I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay in Albufeira as a group of friends for a holiday or a stag/hen do.

Super leuk verblijf gehad!
Wij waren met 12 meiden van 25 tm 28 jaar een weekendje weg in Albufeira in deze villa. We hebben een top weekend gehad! De villa heeft 6 kamers (wv 4 tweepersoonskamers op de bagane grond) en nog 1 kamer in de kelder (zonder badkamer) en 1 kamer op de eerste verdieping. Omdat we de kelder niet zo fijn vonden (donker hok en geen badkamer) hebben we de stretchers op de eerste verdieping erbij gezet. Dit ging prima!
De villa ziet er keurig uit en de keuken is ideaal (oven, magnetron, grote koelkast en diepvries etc.) Verder waren de badkamers netjes in orde en de airco's werkte goed. Ook buiten stonden 12 ligbedjes voor ons klaar en we hebben genoten bij het zwembad. De temperatuur was prima.
De villa ligt op loopafstand van new town en ook van de supermarkt. We zijn ook gaan stappen in het oude centrum en dat was met de taxi 10 min rijden. Het koste zo'n 6euro per taxi.
Het transfer van en naar de luchthaven had de villa eigenaar geregeld en dit was ideaal. Verder werkt de villa met een sleutelkastje waardoor je niet gebonden bent om met alle vrienden tegelijk terug te komen in de villa.
Wij hebben een fantastisch vriendinnenweekend gehad en wij raden dit verblijf bij iedereen aan!

Just what we needed.
Jim was brilliant with us, helped us throughout the booking and during our stay. He even arranged transfers for us. The property had plenty of room for 13 of us. Pool was lovely, nice table tennis table too. Located far enough away from the strip to avoid noise but close enough to pop back for any reason. The key system was slightly awkward, you need the key to leave the Villa too, which is a pain when people are home and people are out. Could easily be solved if the Villa gate opened from the inside, but we worked around it.
Apart from that, perfect.

Lors de notre séjour nous avons eu des cafards dans la cuisine , la climatisation du salon ne fonctionnait pas , les fenêtres de la chambre et de la sdb pareil , il y avait une fuite dans une des sdb , le gérant de la maison répondait une fois sur deux à mes appels et lorsque je lui laissais des messages sur le répondeur jamais de réponse !

Had a brilliant stay, location was excellent very near to the old town and close to amenities.
Jim was fantastic with his communication. I did have issues with Miguel which I highlighted and has been sorted. The overall score of 4 was given due to Miguel’s attitude if this hadn’t happened it would have been a 5.
I will definitely be booking with HomeAway again.

The villa is ideally located, just off the strip but far enough away to not feel right on top of it. Jim had great communication on the lead up to the trip and Miguel the villa manager was really helpful and arranged taxis and answered questions promptly. The transfers were very punctual - would recommend booking. The villa is basic but clean, has everything that’s needed for a big group.

Brilliant Villa, just what we was looking for
This Villa was exactly what we was looking for. Right from the beginning the service from Jim was very efficient. We used the Villa for a 3 night stag do and accommodated 11 of us. The villa was Modern and has been looked after very well. Having the Pool table outside was a great addition, it meant we could sunbathe, swim and play pool all at the same time and our party wasn't separated in another room. Miguel, who looked after us out there was very efficient and helped us with anything we needed. The Villa is just far enough down the road from the strip that it's peaceful but only a 5 minute walk away. Would defiantly stay here again or another Villa owned by Jim.

Ideally located for all Albufeira has to offer
Fantastic Villa located just off the strip, everything you could need is provided for you. We were collected at the Airport and from there the whole experience was great. We spent the days at the beach and then in the evening using the BBQ and playing pool, while on site the Internet went down so I contacted Jim (property manager) who sent someone around the following morning first thing it was a local problem and was resolved without fuss. From the initial enquiry to booking was a pleasure and made easy and knowing we had booked through a secure method with a registered company was reassuring.
I would not hesitate to recommend this Villa to friends and family and am considering a return trip.

Fantastic Holiday
We stayed at Villa Collum with 12 friends as our last holiday together before everyone went off to uni and cannot recommend this villa enough! Miguel (the Villa manager) is lovely and incredibly helpful, arranging transportation too and from a watermark we wanted to go to. We spoke to Patrick whilst booking the villa who was extremely efficient and always got back to us quickly, every pre-arranged part of the holiday went so smoothly thanks to these people. As for the villa, the pool is big with plenty of surrounding sun loungers, the villa is massive and even with 12 of us there was a spare room. Cant fault the villa on location either as it was walking distance from the strip, a variety of restaurants and the beach so you have the choice of so much to do. Overall a fantastic place to stay that i cannot recommend enough. Thank you Miguel!
