Aconselho muito a famílias!

As piscinas são óptimas! A piscina das crianças é muito boa…os miúdos adoraram! O jardim tem muito espaço e muitas sombras! Espaço exterior é muito bonito e bem arranjado. A esplanada é muito agradável. Pequeno almoço muito bom!

O buffet é um bocado caro para a pouca variedade de comida.

Estadia tranquila

O hotel é localizado numa zona sossegada. O quarto era espaçoso e a cama muito confortável. Durante o pequeno-almoço era pecetível a variedade de alimentos, tendo em atenção aos alimentos da região. Piscina incluída, com sauna e jaccuzi.

Não achei que houvesse nenhum aspecto negativo a ressalvar.

Great hotel 5-minute drive from the center of Evora

We had stayed in the Hotel years ago, so we were familiar with it already. This time round, we came back for a weekend away and stayed in a king suite. Facilities are awesome, everything super clean and mega comfortable. The suite has loads of space and I highly recommend it! We had dinner at the hotel both nights and the food is simply amazing! Breakfast equally delicious with plenty of choice! The pool area is lovely and great for either families or couples. The gym is also well-equipped and clean.

The extra charge for using the gym is. Considering it’s a 4 star hotel, it should be included in the price of the accommodation.

A total fiasco, not recommended! Would pay maximum 60 euros for the room!

Not much

Expensive for the low quality. Room is probably 30 years old and has never been refurbished. Aircon does not work, bathroom door does not close, plug for charging is open and dangerous and does not work, safe is 30 years old, tennis has to be paid and raquettes are broken and tenis court is dirty, room is dirty, gym has to be paid… service is low. When you complain they dont reapond.

Very nice stay

We liked it a lot! Lovely room with balcony and some views, lots of parking space. We had dinner here as well at the cafe, which was nice. Early breakfast was convenient, we had to leave early. I think it's a great value for what we paid.. thumbs up!

We enjoyed our stay and I would return.

Nice space and view, the pools looked nice, but we didn’t have time. Very nice breakfast and breakfast restaurant. The personnel was very kind and very helpful when we had to leave a lot of luggage

The bathroom could have used a bit of refreshing, I get the impression lots of groups stay here and that takes it’s toll. Everything was clean.

A very pleasant stay and we would go again.

Everything was very good and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Everything inside and outside the hotel was immaculate. We didn't get to use the spa but we could see that it was large and clean. We took breakfast both mornings and there was a good choice of well presented foods. We only ate in the restaurant on one evening and we had an excellent buffet meal in comfortable surroundings.

Nothing not to like, we would stay again if we were in that area.

The hotel is very outdates, only lobby seems renovated, all the rest really old, lots of rules in the pool, indoor pool area looks nothing as its shown… staff not really friendly. We didn’t stay over there and decided to leave not sleeping in. for this price you can get way better stay around. Was really a big waste of money.

Lots of activities to choose from

The facilities of this hotel are amazing. There are a lot of activities to choose from. The domain is huge, and all the corners are maintained beautifully. Room was spacios, well supplied. I have enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool, as the weather was great. Beds and pillows very comfy. Restaurant anf bar well designed.

The sauna wasn't on the two times I have tried to enter it. The food was ok but not exceptional.

the property is in a good position. nice swimming pool area. lovely bar with good bar snacks. and very good and friendly staff, nice welcome at reception.

Location, lobby and the pool area are superb. Free parking. Kids friendly hotel

The room was old and tired. Very hard beds. Central AC turned off during sleep hours. There seems only to be 2 extra bed power floor for many rooms, we did not ask for ours because we were not given a double bed. Ridiculous small TV No complementary water or coffee. Very limited breakfast choice with low cost products. Very bad quality coffee. The price vs the lack of maintaince of the hotel.

Good value and great staff.

The quiet and peaceful location, the breakfast, the hotel common areas, the availability of abundant free parking and the easy access to town. The staff were very solicitous and bent over backwards to make us feel welcome and cared for.

Mattress was hard and worn-out. The pillows were outdated but abundant and that allowed us to find a comfortable compromise. The TV was VERY (22") small.
