Empfehlenswertes Stadthotel mit gutem Service und Komplettausstattung

In grüner Lage gelegenes Hotel mit guter Infrastruktur und Parkmöglichkeit. Gutes Internet, reichhaltiges Frühstück, freundliches Personal.

Zimmerreinigung war über die 3 Tage nicht vorgesehen, auch keine neuen Handtücher, Parkgarage ist staubig und sollte mal gereinigt werden.

Prima Hotel

Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sauber. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Das Personal ist nett. Eine externe Gastronomie (Steak House) findet man im gleichen Haus.

Ein gutes, einfaches Hotel in Zwickau für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr gut geeignet.

Das Zimmer war angenehm gross als Familienzimmer, im Grossen & Ganzen war alles sehr sauber, wir hatten sogar eine kleine Küche (einfach Ausstattung) und eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Das Personal war freundlich, die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr gut. Es gab Parkplätze vor und hinter dem Haus (ansonsten Tiefgarage). Ein feines Restaurant ist direkt am Gebäude angeschlossen (gehört aber nicht direkt zum Hotel dazu). Es gibt 2 Fahrstühle für 5 Etagen, so dass man nie darauf warten musste.

Die Kinderstühle beim Frühstück sind fast in sich zusammengebrochen, weil sie so reparaturbedürftig waren; nach mehrmaligen Hinweisen wurde uns versprochen, dass es gemeldet wurde. Das Personal beim Frühstück war nicht sehr aufmerksam bzw. selbständig, man musste ständig auf alles hinweisen, wenn etwas leer war. Es gab eine grosse Auswahl beim Frühstück, die Speisen sind sehr einfach gehalten. Das Zimmer war bei Anreise leider nicht wie gewünscht vorbereitet an Betten und Handtüchern, wurde dann jedoch direkt ausgeführt nach dem Hinweis. Die Fahrstühle stehen immer offen, das fanden wir speziell und macht es etwas gefährlich mit schnellen Kindern. Nachts kamen LKWs (oder Reisebusse) hinter das Hotel die anscheinend etwas ausgeladen haben, da kann es schon gelegentlich lauter werden.

Das geschlossene Restaurant und die großen Tische beim Frühstück. Es war als Paar nicht möglich einen kleinen Tisch zu bekommen, da nur 6er Tische gestellt waren

Lage ist sehr gut. Ruhige Lage mit guter Verkehrsanbindung.

Badezimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Duschen in der Badewanne ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

i booked it for my dad and his wife, they were really happy with the room. it was super clean, staff was helpful and because i used the wrong cc the hotel was very flexible with a alternative way for payment. i highly recommend staying here!

We received another room that business room . The foto from booking are diferent that the room we received. We told this at reception but nothing changed. Very old. Very expensive compared with facilites, maxim maxim 3 stars!!! Very disapoint !

Very good

Their in house restaurant is fabulous, reception staff very accommodating. Also lots of parking available and a walking track along the Mulde straight behind the hotel. Would stay again

Got a twin room instead of a double. Under our room were always smokers standing, which made it impossible to keep the window open. Our shower wasn't the best and even with best efforts the floor was covered with water after each shower.

Would be a decent hotel for around 70-80 euros a night. I paid 156€/per night though. Yikes

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was in a tub, which was slightly tricky to enter in the small bathroom, but the water pressure and temperature was really good. There was free WiFi available but I can't say anything about the quality, since I didn't check it. On the room there was a small kettle available with some tee bags and instant coffee.

Terrible price for value. 156 Euros per night, for a standard room. TV smaller than my notebook monitor, small bathroom with miniature hairdryer, no minibar available. Breakfast not even included in the price. No service received in the lobby despite a bar and personell being present and menus laying on the tables.

Helpful staff, enough parking places

Wi-Fi is tragic, I was not able to do almost anything. I received room, where entry card not working, I need to return to reception 3 times, until I get another room. Althrough I have dinner in my accomodation, I was in hotel restaurant (italian style) only once - staff speaks only Italian or German, they not understand, menu was only in German language. Food was tasty, but there was communication problems. So, for that money and place, it was not totally worth it.
