Wenn ich gerne wiederkommen würde, ist für mich das Hotel sehr gut.
Besonders das freundliche Personal war ein Pluspunkt.
Sehr schöne ruhige Lage.

It was a really nice place to stay. I walked from train station to the hotel, which is about 2km. The reception was very good, I was able to order in advance the dish i wanted to have for dinner and the time for dinner, and I was able to have the dish divided in two for me and my girlfriend (which is not well seen in other hotels, I must say). There is a traditional German cuisine for dinner. Overall the staff was really friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable and warm.
Nothing to complain.

All staff members were polite and helpful. The breakfasts were nice - typical European style breakfast with fresh varieties of local bread. The rooms were very clean, the Biergarten was a nice place to sit outside to have a glass of wine or beer.
Old town/downtown was close, great hiking was close by because the hotel is situated in a forested area. I will stay in the Kurpark Flair Hotel, again!
I didn't see access to an elevator... carrying my bags up the stairs was fine - I could have asked for assistance (which the hotel offers) but chose to carry my own bags.

Service was friendly and first class. My room was smallish, however not excessively. The restaurant was good. The location was perfect for me, as I was bicycling uphill accros the mountain.

Perfect location to start a hike or trailrun.
During my booking i asked for a late check out, but that question was not answered / understood

Very cute old fashioned hotel on the edge of the forest. Perfect spot for relaxing and going for a hike. Ilsenburg's "old town" is a short 15 minute walk so restaurants are nearby (there is also an attached restaurant / beer garden if you prefer to "stay in").
The breakfast was an amazing "continental" style with delicious breads, fruits, cereals and more (we are vegitarian but there are also stuff for non vegi.
The value for the hotel, service, included breakfast is unbeatable. They also were very friendly and spoke English which is a plus for someone like me who is still a novice with the German language.
No negatives here.
I was worried that parking would be an issue as this place shows as being in the woods on the map but there are plenty spots to park the car :) As an added bonus they gave us free tickets to use the city bus if we wanted to leave the car parked during our stay.

Nice quiet hotel in a very green area, with friendly staff and good food. Location is amazing for hiking.
If you click on the "Double room" you will see three photographs of how the room and its bathroom supposedly look like. Unfortunately, the bathroom in our double room was quite different from the photographs. That was kind of a disappointment since I have expected them to be accurate.

The vacation house we were staying in is a small building separate from the main hotel. Two bedrooms, a kitchen and a family room make for a spacious and comfortable place to return to from long mountain trips.
The breakfasts are fresh and not lacking in anything, but don't expect fancy stuffs. No hot sausages, scrambled eggs etc. you'd expect in your typical hotel. That might have to do with COVID restrictions though, so it may well change when things return to normal.
