Okay - pool is the only good thing

shuttle service into the centre of sorrento is very helpful and a nice surprise. pool area is lovely.

shower is poor, very low pressure. beds uncomfortable and air con was just about bearable. nearly asked to move rooms but we got the room just about cool after a couple of yours. very noisey, maids were banging in rooms in the hallway from 7am and you can hear everything. also very noisey after hours, we were on the ground floor just down from reception and they obviously didnt care about all other rooms on that floor being loud after midnight. breakfast was so poor. worst we’ve ever had in a hotel. we skipped it 2/4 days as it wasn’t even worth going for.

Rooms small for the price

Staff where super helpful and provided everything we asked for

Bed sheets never cleaned while there despite room being cleaned and new towels provided

Friendly staff, very helpful. Clean rooms and clean towels daily.

No facilities for snacks or food during the day and evening.

Not for me

Very thin walls, can hear everything in other rooms and corridors. Constant door slamming throughout my stay in the evenings, not good!

DON'T BOOK a room in that hotel! It does not worth it.

Room was very noisy, it was really hard to sleep. Breakfast was poor without not enough staff to serve the guests. Location is really bad, far from the center and hard to reach it on foot without being hurt by cars. Aircond system was not enough powerfull. Staff does not give you remote control for TV or AC if you do not ask them when you check in. Their car park was full. DON'T BOOK a room in that hotel! It does not worth it.

Wonderful service

This hotel is pretty perfect, the solarium is beautiful and the pool area and hotel generally is very clean. The staff were very accomodating, the drinks and food were 10/10 and we loved our rooms. The shuttle service is flawless. Definitely great value for money. We would love to come back.
