Uiterst vriendelijk personeel. Wil je een taxi naar de luchthaven dan geef je de tijd een dag van tevoren door aan de re

Er zit een goed zwembad bij, de meeste mensen gaan naar zee dus plek genoeg, ook een apart zwembad voor de aller kleinsten. Zeer groot restaurant voor ontbijt, lunch en diner. Was altijd druk. Grote slaapkamers en een mooi balkon. Het was denk ik pas gerenoveerd.

Kan echt niets bedenken!

Buena ubicación y buena atención.

La habitación era muy amplia, moderna, con camas y almohadas muy cómodas y perfectamente limpia. Destacamos la labor de María, la limpiadora, la cual nos dio una estupenda atención. La zona del hotel es muy tranquila, pese a haber un parque de atracciones para niños justo al lado no se escucha nada, la playa está a 10 min andando.

El servicio de limpieza de habitaciones y de cristales del pasillo comienza demasiado pronto y varias veces nos hemos despertado con el ruido al rededor de las 8:00 (no es que ellos fueran ruidosos sino que no hay insonorización). La comida como en cualquier sitio, había días que nos gustaba más y otros que menos.

Een prettig verblijf in Hotel Gran Playa

De hotelkamer was prima en ook ontbijt was netjes met de mogelijkheid om veel vers fruit te eten. Ook de receptie was vriendelijk en service gericht.

Jammer dat het restaurant niet echt aangekleed is en daardoor geen sfeer uitstraalt. Vanaf de buitenkant geeft het hotel een sobere indruk echter binnen is het netjes,

A comfortable hotels with resident mosquitoes

Friendly staff, comfortable large room. Complimentary toiletries were a plus.

The MOSQUITOES, the position of this hotel near standing water causes a major problem, they even call them Tigers. At certain times of the year you will be eaten, repellant doesn't seem to have any effect I know from first hand, A suggestion get some shade around the pool one tree is not enough.

Friendly reception, great room.

We had a very spacious room, on the fifth floor facing southwest (508) just as I had requested. The bathroom was large and the wardrobe space extremely generous.

The complete ban on smoking, even outside within the hotel grounds, seemed to be unneccasarily fanatical. Could not find the kettle in the room.

Excellent hotel close to Alicante Airport

My wife and I had a very nice one-night stay at Gran Playa, designed to finish our 3 week holiday at another place on the Costa Blanca The hotel was excellent, spacious ultra clean bedroom and exceptional food. Plus cheap hotel parking and great staff. Only minus was distance from the town, port, lovely cafes, restaurants ...too far to walk and parking there is very difficult, streets highly congested. But, for our needs, Gran Playa is only a short drive to Alicante Airport.. a grand relaxing way to finish the hol.

Location, if you want to make good use of Santa Pola's town/port.

Hotel Gran Playa

Easy to get there from bus station if you don't mind a leisurely 1+km stroll. Good check out times good up until 12pm. Breakfast included with deal.

Would have liked a night cap after returning at 11:10pm but porter couldn't do it. ☹️ So we went back out. Also stated on the website that there was a minibar. Unfortunately there was only an empty fridge.

Third visit to this hotel. The staff are friendly, beds and rooms very comfortable and the breakfast and dinner is plentiful and good value

the food and staff where really good online they advertise breakfast at 6eurospp but it 8eutose pp very good choice but good a little cool many thanks
