ar condicionado barulhento e difícil para deixar numa temperatura agradável, por ser muito antigo ainda é analógico , o banheiro apesar de ser espaçoso e ter um chuveiro bom é abafado.

Food was good and diverse.
Rooms are spacey and the view is amazing (we had a room facing the water).
The hotel is closed to everywhere and you can walk to the beach, to restaurants.
The shower could have a little bit more pressure.

The Sheraton Hotel exceeded my expectations as not only was the staff professional but assisted me in fulfilling my requirements for both my partner and myself on our engagement. As per my request the staff ensured i had red roses in place for my partner when she entered the room.I thank all the staff including security for all their services and highly recommend the Sherato Hotel to others for a great stay in Vitoria.

Infrastructure outdated and some not functionning (corridor light)
Swimming pool and room not clean at all.
Restaurant and breakfast were ok but low quality and few choices for an hotel of this standard.
Had bad experience of being sick with the chicken soup.
