Convenient option for the airport

The location is very convenient for the airport, being just 3Km away. The staff are very pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel appears to have been designed as a type of hostel for employees of mining companies and has no atmosphere whatsoever. The bathrooms are also very small and crowded although the showers are good. There are virtually no restaurant options nearby. Just a gas station or a simple family parrilla.

Good location to the hotel; that’s it.

The place is ideally located for a short stay before a flight out of SLA airport.

The Hotel is far of the beaten track in Salta, so if you’re looking for a trip downtown, this is not ideal. We asked for a taxi cab and the front desk called a private run down unlicensed driver whose car was literally falling apart. Hot water took more than 10 minutes to come out of the tab. Breakfast was so so and even if it was ok, I’ve had better in comparably cheap hotels. There is no safe in the room.

Great place to stay for a night before or after arriving at the airport, staff very lovely

Very close to the airport, the breakfast was really good and staff were lovely. The room was very spacious and there was good WiFi.

Breakfast was included in the price of the stay and was really good so it came as a surprise that the meal available in the evening was a no choice set menu, completely over priced, AR$400 for a small bottle of water and the average quality at best meal itself was AR$2500. For a late evening meal if you have just come from the airport, go to the nearby Mall which is open until 10 and has a lot of choice and is much better value.

Unfriendly and rude staff

The location close to the airport. Big and clean room.

The staff. Very bad experience overall. We arrived in the evening. It took the first receptionist 5 minutes to talk to us. He finished a phone call first... He said we couldn't pay for the room at the moment, we would have to do it the next morning. Then we talked about the breakfast. We were leaving early and he suggested his colleague would prepare some basic stuff (medialunas). He even wanted to know if we preferred tea or coffee and finally told us to come 15 minutes earlier. We came precisely at 5.30 as suggested. The second receptionist was in the kitchen, moving very slowly without any intention to help us. Finally, he said there would be no breakfast for us, not even a packed one. He was very rude and I had to urge him to prepare the invoice for us. So we left without breakfast, which was included in the price. Our experience shows how the staff can spoil the reputation of a place. I told the receptionist that I would describe his behaviour in the review. He said he didn''t care. We do not recommend the hotel Aybal. The people were unfriendly, without any care for the guests.

great price for what we had received

facilities are not as published photos, photos are not updated. they look old and careless nowadays. we haven’t had energy for almost 6 hours and the next day we haven’t had water for almost 4 hours.

Excellent value, good location for early morning flight.

Booked here because I had a very early flight the next morning and the hotel is only a couple of kilometers from the Salta airport. The location is what brought me in, but the hotel was very nice. Huge room, large, well-equipped bathroom, nice grounds, pretty pool, good soundproofing, secure parking. Oddly, dinner was included in the very reasonable price. It was not a peak experience meal, but it was just fine. They won't serve you the included breakfast if you insist on leaving at 4:30 in the morning to catch your plane, but who can blame them? I'm planning to return to Salta, and I'd certainly spend the night before a flight here again.

The reading light by the bed was not very good, but they almost never are.

Fine for a hotel close to the airport

The hotel was very close to the airport, which is exactly why we booked it. Only a 5 min drive and the 24hour front desk was great to be able to get us a taxi at 3am! Good place to get ready the night before flying but wouldn’t stay much longer.

Our check in was hopeless. We pretty much weren’t acknowledged properly or spoken to. When we arrived a man at the desk just handed us a key and pointed us to a room on the first floor. Our room was so hot and uncomfortable, especially sleeping at night & the air-con didn’t work at all. Our room was so noisy- we felt like we had the kitchen and dining room right outside our door. I suggest asking for another room if you get 112.
