Es war ok aber es geht noch besser.

Das personal war sehr freundlich. Und das Bett war bequem.

Das hotel sollte eigentlich ein Shuttle Bus anbieten der uns täglich zum Beach bringen sollte . Als wir nachfragten wurde es jedoch verneint. Es roch auch im Zimmer jedesmal nach dem Abfluss vom Bad deshalb musste man immer die Tür abschließen vom Bad. Der Pool Is kleiner als auf den Bildern und die Klimaanlage Is sehr laut gewesen.

Very hard mattress No coffee/tea in room Annoying noise (pumping, every 5-10 sec) during the night. Allowing smoking in breakfast area is ridiculous!!

Dobré ubytování se skvělým personálem

Chtěla bych velmi pozitivně vyzdvihnout přístup hotelu. Zapomněli jsme si v trezoru věci a personál hotelu byl velmi nápomocný mi pomoci vyřešit tuto situaci. Vše bylo zdokumentováno a předáno mému známému. Velmi děkuji.

Great time to just relax

I really enjoyed my relaxing stay here, the room was great, breakfast tasty and filling, and swimming pool cool. Great views from the room. The staff were really friendly (especially the two ladies at the reception)

The resort is obviously kind of old and wearing away, but whilst I was there they were renovating parts so hopefully will be nicer soon.

Extremely amazing staff and accommodations

All about it was awesome. especially the staff who is extremely concern about us. they made our travel so much easier. although to go to main attraction is 2km away and you can only go by bike or tuk tuk. they made it so easy for us to travel and get the rental bike as well.

It was a very pleasant stay. Nicely took rest after so many yrs of work.

Room was very spacious and very well kept clean. Pool was nice and clean as well...almost daily people cleaning the pool. No breakfast in this resort. Can walk to the nearby shops for break fast.

Almost nothing that I could complain, probably the wifi was abit slow inside the room, but if we sit at the balcony then it will be super fast. Just walking distance to Patong beach, it would be fun to walk since many people will be walking all over. Renting a bike will just cost about $7 per day.

i feel very bad for this hotel one day it was very nice one i hope he will get better soon

the pool is clean,the location of the hotel is excellent,

1- no restaurant even just for the breakfast ( not working) 2- no tea or Nescafé or sugar in the room 3-no bottle of water like any other hotel in thailand 4-room are in very bad condition of maintenance 5- not clean like before ( I was 5 time in this hotel) 6-staff unfriendly,and the is no chance to get any help (I asked for one more pillow!! no ,no have !!!!) 7- it is normal in thailand to leave your bags for 2 days and come back to pick them up , the response refuses and we have to speak with the boss on the phone and she said you could leave it but if any things is lost or damaged it your responsibility!!!!!! 8- bathroom are not clean we have to clean it 9- chair and table are rusty

the bed and the pillows

they didn't clean the sheets and when we got there there was a tissue on the toilet. It was also far away from the center of Patong. We asked for a ride downtown and they said that the car wasn't available.

The woman on reception no trips into patong on the free mini bus. TV with only 5 stations nothing in English. Too many Russians getting pissed around the pool shouting and bawling. For the amount of money I paid I should have got a lot more

amazing jungle vibes

The property is in a great location. It takes about 10 minutes to walk into the centre of Patong. The pool at the hotel is lovely. The air conditioning works very well and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here so much that we extended it an extra two days where we got moved to an even nicer room. Thank you.

nice sized rooms, nice views

rooms and facilities need modernising, but far from the town and up a very steep hill meaning you probably need a car. rooms have holes under the floor which allow ants and mozzies in

Terrible

The pool area was beautiful.

Staff were awful, not helpfull at all. The hotel is a good walk from the centre and the staff would not do anything to help wouldnt even help by arranging a taxi . Even when i had all my luggage etc. Also the first room they gave me was infested by mites the hotel wouldnt even wash my clothes for me. Terrible experience! Definitely avoid.
