Tudo muito limpo e arrumado. Quarto que ficamos é enorme.

O hotel é excelente, a Suíte Real é incrível e eu amei o conforto, a beleza, a vista e o atendimento.

Amei tudo. A Suíte Real é enorme, extremamente confortável e tem uma vista linda. O hotel é muito bonito e os funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos.

O único ponto de melhoria é sobre a limpeza. As luminárias e o controle remoto estavam um pouco empoeirados e havia uma tampinha de garrafa de água no chão.

Triste com essa reserva

Gostei da localização, quartos ótimo.

O Hotel oferece pelo site estacionamento, que eu prezo devido a tudo que já vivi. Mas infelizmente essa informação não procede, tive que estacionar meu carro na rua, pois eles não disponibilizaram estacionamento. Questionei na recepção as 02:00 da manhã e me falaram que não tem estacionamento para todos os hóspedes. Meu carro ficou estacionado no meio fio de outro estabelecimento, pois nem na porta deles tem vaga. Isso é propaganda enganosa. Só não cancelei e fui procurar outro pois o valor não séria reembolsável. Isso deveria ser reavaliado. Pois somos cobrados se não vamos, mas não somos indenizados se vcs não cumprem com oque oferecem. Se o carro sofresse algum dano quem seria o responsável, vcs ou o hotel. Vou procurar a resposta com minha advogada e se quiserem respondo vcs.

Fim de semana na Lagoa Santa

As instalações são ótimas. A recepção é ágil e nos liberou rapidamente, chegando no quarto me surpriendi com o tamanho muito espaçoso cama grande com lençóis super macios e palavras de carinho deixada pela camareira junto com dois bombons. Fiquei muito surpreso com a pizzaria do hotel, forno a lenha, deliciosa massa aberta na hora molho e recheio na medida certa sem deixar a pizza muito pesada. Fora de São Paulo é difícil encontrei uma pizza que matou minha saudade das pizzas de sampa. O café da manhã é bem variado em frutas e pães. Pão de queijo gostoso. O serviço de quarto é rápido e eficiente.

Só uma queixa em relação ao ar condicionado no quarto, por mais que regule as aletas para direcionar o vento acaba sempre vindo em cima da cama nos deixando com frio. De noite fazia muito barulho atrapalhando o descanso.

Great place for a work trip

good location, easy to find

only one bar on the roof which was never open. my bathroom sink tap leaked over the counter when I used it and the shower doors were never cleaned so couldn’t really see through the glass

Clean hotel with excellent breakfast.

Clean and good breakfast.

The « luxury » room has a more welcoming feeling than the standard room, which are depressing. However, in that case, the price-value ratio can be questioned. Sete Lagoas is merely a destination for business travellers, so probably the fact that most bills go through company expense, allows them to charge higher rates than should be expected, considering all aspects.

Not much. Breakfast is good but that is everywhere else

- Walls are NOT acoustic proof - Toilet not clean when we checked in - bathroom in general not clean - very, VERY noisy toilet every time it was used - not friendly staff, arrogant manager - dirty hallways - we were not warned about construction in our floor so with no acoustic walls you can imagine the noise - way overpriced food products - couldn’t wait to get out of there - we stayed at many places, this one by far the worst
