Very nice apartment.

The location is excellent. It's a single bedroom, but very comfortable for three people. Clean and very well-equipped, even with a nice washer/dryer (in one unit). Communication with the owner via WhatsApp was excellent.

The garage door was tricky to open, could probably use some repair. You press a button to open it, but then you have to give it some light help manually as it comes up. (The garage works only for small cars, but there's nothing that can be changed about that, and our car was small enough.)

Beautiful property, very close to the old City. Parking was excellent inside garage. Wish we had time to enjoy the beaut

large, full length mirror outside the bathroom -amazing view. Pretty close to Old Town -washer in apt -host rents you a garage for extra $ fee

i suggest you leave extension out to charge phones. there was no plug for my bed, so I had to pull out the extension from behind the third bed in order to be able to use it. A longer extension cord would be a good solution. ☺️

Great family apartment in the best location in dubrovnik

The apartment is clean, with kithcen facilities and very comfy beds and linean, very close to the old city and the cable car but not inside the old city itself which is a plus from my side, the balcony is great, we had a washing machine that was very helpful, the host was very nice, changed the towels when we asked her to, and helped us check-in super fast, there is a good restaurant just below the apartment so u never stay hungry

The hot water run out in the middle of the shower (u cant do 2 showers like for me and my wife without waiting for the water to heat up again), other than that it was perfect

An absolute winner!

The location is perfect for travel by bus or by car. Garage parking was a huge plus. Parking in town is almost impossible so we walked from the apartment every day. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone.The owner is very kind and willing to answer any questions quickly.

My only suggestion for a change would be to have a bigger label to identify the rooms at eye level.

Our stay at Zicara was fantastic.

This apartment was excellent in every way. Location, parking facilities, cleanliness, owners and an amazing garden for relaxing time under the shade of fig and orange trees. It was the highlight of our two-weeks Adriatic coast trip.

The only thing we didn't like is that our stay was too short.

amazing location, clean, good pad for exploring the old town, great to have parking.

Generally hard to fault - it is exactly as the pictures depict. (Maybe one thing is that the shared walkway is just outside the door/windows. The communal area is shared with only 3-4 other families and everyone eats out as the restaurants are so close so it was actually quiet and didn’t bother us)

It could improve very easily

The location was perfect, the garage even small and expensive was a very big advantage, it was very clean and the owner was very gentle.

The furniture, electric appliance and general the interior of the apartment needs a renovation. It is obvious that many people passed from it.

Small comfortable apartment in great location and parking option

Small, clean and calm apartment, equipped with everything what is needed for a short stay. The biggest advantages are 1) location: it's very close to the old town (just a few minutes walk), 2) parking: with additional fee it offers parking place which is generally problematic in Dubrovnik. Host was also very helpful and communicative. Generally, excellent place if you visit Dubrovnik for 1-2 days! Highly recommended.

Clean cute place to spend the nights with 4.

It's on a busy street but you are quite a bit above street level and at night you need to close the windows anyways for the AC to work.

3min walk to Vrata od Buze. Excellent food and backeri close by. Parking available for a reasonable fee. Best communication I've had with a property host in over 15 years.

We are family from Zagreb with 2 teenage boys. Every summer we visit different place on our coast.

Apartments Zicara is one of the most beautiful apartments I've ever been. It's really comfortable, nice with everything you can need for a vacation. Bathroom clean, big well equipped with steam shower cabin. Two rooms, one with king size bed and another with two sigle beds. Small but efficient kitchen and big terrace with high-quality furniture and view to Mincheta and cable car and the sea on the other side. Apartment is so close to Ploce gate and Banje beach that you can reach them in few minutes by walk down some stairs. It isn't far away also from Pile gate. For other destinations there is bus stop across the street.

Everything was perfect, I can't find anything to complain about. Also I have to say: Special thanks to the owner for garage place for our car, we really appreciate this service!!
