Bien dommage que le coin déjeuner soit en sous sol
Un mini frigo dans la chambre et une terrasse abrité en cas de pluie

Great pool that we had to ourselves for an afternoon. Delicious restaurant that was reasonably priced. Very friendly staff. Relaxing and quiet.
Once we figured out the bus lines it was easy enough to get into Avignon within 20 min otherwise it's about a 45 min walk through a nice neighborhood before hitting the first bridge into the city.

It is in a lovely location, the rooms are clean the pool was fabulous after walking the city on a hot day. The restaurant was ok, expensive.
There isn’t much not to like but like most places in France the pillows need replacing.

We booked for two nights and checked-in late on the first night. Once in bed we realised that the air conditioning didn’t work. We were travelling with two young children (5 years and a new-born) and endured a very uncomfortable night in the August heat.
We advised reception in the morning and the resolution was to move rooms. We lost half a day of our holiday because we were told we had to wait at the hotel while the new room was cleaned rather than allowing us to move our belongings later in the day.
In the evening we couldn’t wash because the new room had no hot water; which was checked by the reception staff who then told us that other rooms had also complained and it couldn’t be fixed until the morning (when we were checking-out).
On check-out, we expressed our disappointment that our accommodation was not as advertised. As compensation, we proposed that it was unreasonable to pay all of the remaining balance. The Manager was very rude and showed no empathy for the issues that we experienced but aggressively told us not to pay if we didn’t want to. We considered the matter resolved and left (without paying). The hotel subsequently charged my credit card in full the day after we left and have since denied offering the compensation.

Fourth time staying here and always a pleasure. Hidden away from the street, swimming pool, great breakfast and the staff is professional and welcoming.

Nice courtyard. Clean rooms. Lovely staff. Secure parking. Absolutely fantastic restaurant which thankfully was open for our second night. Breakfast room not part of the restaurant but was pretty good.
There is a short cut into Avignon for anyone wanting to walk. Take the hill road down just before the roundabout. Cuts off a chunk of the busy main road.
Hotel pool was partially closed but not advertised as such. We did manage a swim but lots of leaves and dead insects on top.
The hotel is old and showing its age. Tired decor and no sound proofing. No mosquito netting which was a real downside as like to sleep with window open.
Single bottle of complimentary water was a little mean for 2 people over 2 nights.
Still enjoyable spot and would stay again.

Hotel room is ok, bathroom fine, staff very helpful. Parking has become an issue. Have had to park way outside twice.

Loved the outside areas: pool, breakfast and dining. Also, their check-in times allow you to really make use of the pool, makes you feel welcome, not just somebody who pays, sleeps and should then leave as soon as possible. Great privately run hotel with friendly service.
Nothing... I read some negative comments about paper cups at the room or the age of the hair dryer - seriously??? That seems out of place.

The restaurant was amazing. Mum and I liked the 3 course dinner for 22 Euro each for hotel residents.
The other thing is they had a jig in the room for making cups of tea and coffee. Especially good when returning or having a midday break.

Everything Ok. Just surprised to have paper cup instead of real cups in the room to drink our tea... ?
the old coffee system should be changed by another modern caps machine !

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was good, pool is clean.
I spend a very nice time with 2 little kids there. Definitely will come back again as a one day getaway from Avignon.
A bit of dust here and there in the room. Place feels a little old fashioned but it’s not a big deal with the pricing.

The hotel was at close distance of the city of Avignon and at a good location with free parking facilities if you're looking for a place as a stopover. The room was clean and had a little balcony.
The hotel could use some update as it looks like it hasn't been maintained for a long time. Quite expensive for a small room without breakfast.
4.0
Wifi is stable and good.
Bed linen and towels are already grey and have humidity and old smell.
Outside terrace is full of wasps, you cannot sit and eat outside.
Soundproofing is not very good, heard children and tv from other rooms.
Only 2 paper cups for all stay.
Parking slots are very narrow. Some guests parked on 2 slots and administration didn't do anything about it, parking places are also limited.
