Absolutely perfect and professional staff - from the owner to the last member of the team. They are all very friendly, positive, careful and do their best to make you happy.
Their attitude towards customers is not common nowadays.
Last but not least I have to mention their cuisine - modern, smart and really tasty!
Well done Michael and Christina, keep up the good work! Thank you!!

Beautiful view of the lake and spectacular hosts. The breakfast was amazing.

I loved the private beach, the coffee and the selection of wines. Balcony with a lake view is a big plus too.
After a very awkward first night dinner situation the staff were helpful.
We reserved with half board, and the dinner was supposed to be served until 20:30. We were 15 minutes late and the owner said: "My chef has a family, you know". I though it was very rude to try shaming us with references to staff's family since at the reception it said that à la carte dinner is served until 21:00 and only Wednesdays off (we stayed during the weekend). We ordered a bottle of wine and got some bread and olive oil and when we asked for just more bread, we got a "no" again. Considering the hotel is located in a very quiet area, we had to order kebabs (!!!) from Klagenfurt.
Also, worn out towels and a patched-up bed sheet is not great for a 250e a night stay, but nothing comparable to the dinner shock on the first night.
On the hotel's website (not here) they warn about the high noise levels from the road just in front of the hotel. I slept with earplugs and was totally OK but for people who cannot sleep with earplugs the road will definitely be a challenge.

Breakfast was awesome. Many natural and homemade also food/beverages
Staff was very polite and kind to us
The room however was not that clean, we used the room just for sleeping so once upon our arrive we didn't checked that much how was it.

A wonderful hotel with very good location, super and very friendly staff, very good kitchen.
Rooms are clean and comfortable. The beach is very well equipped, even with SUP, which is free.
No air-conditioner in the room.

I couldn't have asked for more at this hotel, it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. Everything was just perfect, the food, the staff, the location. We ate at the hotel every night, something we never normally do, but the food was just so darn good and very tasty. The staff were just the best and were always happy and very friendly. And if you need to know anything at all about wine, then just ask Michael, he's a font of knowledge when it comes to wine. In fact if you need to anything at all about the food, wine, getting about and sightseeing, then the staff are there to help and they have a lot of knowledge about the area too. The room we stayed in was very big and very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the balcony over looking the lake was great to sit out on after a day of sightseeing and shopping enjoying a glass or 2 of wine.
A very big thank you to Michael and Christina for making our stay a very pleasurable and enjoyable one and to the rest of the staff for just being a great team.
The hubby and I would definitely 100% recommend this superb hotel for an enjoyable holiday.
Apart from having to leave, there really was nothing there that we didn't like or were disappointed with, it was a great holiday.
