Value for money

Big room, big bathroom, great shower. Perfect. Requested a later checkout due to car issues, which was no problem at all. That's service. Breakfast very decent.

Location is not great, but you know that before you book.

2 weddings until 1.00 am in the morning where we needed to get up at 7.00 for a training. Despite an expensive room, socalled junior suite with 2 single beds, still extremely noisy.

The apartment of 2 bedrooms is very good for 4 people. Clean and Comfortable. You need to have a car when you stay here. 30 minutes drive to Munich. There is a supermarket in front of the hotel.

The WiFi did not work for us at all during our whole stay, the receptionist could not help.

Very good choice for an on the road overnight stop. Comfortable, nice restaurant with Balkan menu, nice terrace, good breakfast and affordable.

Nice area there is a small lake where people can relax on the corner, Good clean hotel with good ac and a good pizzeria under the hotel. Also a Lidl across the street!

Highly recommend

The apartment is comfortable and spotless clean. It's next to the highway and has a Lidl across the street.

It didn't bother us because we only stayed one night and didn't plan on cooking, but the kitchen could have a bit more dishes, plates,...

Decent rooms, Low price

1. Some staff members very unfriendly: Even though we arrived at a usual arrival time (early evening) there was only one receptionist helping customers. As she was busy with another guest who arrived earlier, we were simply informed that „it will still take a while“, not a word of welcome or apologies. It was completely absurd because there were other two ladies sitting behind another reception desk apparently busy with something else. When I asked them to help us, they pointed me to the occupied receptionist. Only after I had asked for the second time if they please could give us a key to our room, this other lady gave it to us reluctantly. But I must say that the lady at the check out was nice. 2. Key information wasn’t communicated on arrival: We weren’t provided with any information about the hotel, like for instance that the entrance is locked from 10pm and guests need to ask the reception for a key. They should have provided us with internet access login and password on arrival (as I later read in the guest book), but they didn’t/ forgot so we didn’t have access to Wifi. 3. Some hygiene aspects big No No: The rooms were generally clean but I would suggest the hotel management to reevaluate some of the hygiene practices in the hotel rooms where decorative, not-washable pillows are placed on top of clean, “washed” pillows. Another failure was again, a decorative, not-washed piece of red cloth with a big sign “Abasto placed even over the towels in the lower parts of the beds!!! 4. Some of the lightbulbs in the bathroom were missing 5. Breakfast served only till 9:30 h during week days. 6. Location very peripheral, close to railway tracks

Great hotel for stopover

We stayed here for one night when traveling bij car. Great breakfast, good rooms. Nice service!

Superb

Everyone is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet is very full and fresh The variety of coffees was great The bedroom and bathroom we're quite large for someone traveling alone and very clean

The only complaint I might have is the somewhat hard mattress But I didn't bother me too much
