Exceptional

Very good location, short walk down from the train station and close to everything. Welcomed by the hosts as soon as we arrived, both were very friendly and always available if we needed anything. Located in a busy area but didn’t hear any noise from our room, perhaps due to our room being located at the back of the property away from the street. We stayed on a Sunday and Monday night. You don’t need to bring anything, everything is supplied for you just bring yourself. Nice little touches that a hotel does not offer.

Exceptional

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the management really friendly. You could not find a better location in the heart of the old town of Annecy. There is the underground car park of St Claire right next to it, so it is perfect if you travel by car. The studio we stayed in was amazing, and the attention to detail was exceptional. We had a cute little kitchen, an eating area, and the bed could be adjusted to different positions. The mattress was so comfortable.The bathroom had a hammam and a fantastic shower. We had a delicious breakfast delivered to our door in a basket. Even though it was in the heart of the old town, it was very well insulated and quiet in our room. There are lots of restaurants, bars and cafés all around. Highly recommend this stunning hotel.

Right in the city centre

The location is absolutely fantastic, in the middle of the city centre, close to everything you might want to see in Annecy! The staff (from the restaurant) was super nice and showed us the apartment. There is a parking garage only a few meters away where you can safely park your car. We also enjoyed the sweet French breakfast that was delivered to our doorstep. A highlight was the spa shower with a turkish sauna. The room is was equipped with a kitchenette, dishwasher and coffee machine, which added to the experience. Although it is right in the city centre the walls are isolated well. The AC works great.

Unfortunately our room was not as clean as a five star hotel room should be, maybe it hadn't been used for a while. There were many traces of usage on the furniture (the bed linen had a hole and stains and the cushions were fringed on the edges). The cupboards and dishes were not really clean either which we think can be expected in a five star location. We enjoyed our stay nevertheless, because we had booked the stay with a reduced price.

location is good, security from the owners and breakfast was simple but fine. Shower was amazing.

the parking not close from the property and it’s not free. Sofa bed wasn’t comfortable and used. i believe that the ceiling of the room is full of spider webs and needs constant cleaning

Incredibly friendly staff, super convenient location, very charming room with up-to-date amenities while still retaining the charm of the place, very comfortable bed & great shower/bathroom!

Location in old town was wonderful. Peter from the restaurant next door showed us through the apartment and was wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was great.

The location and the amenities in the flats were really great. The staff is really nice.

The photo you see is one of the flat not the one you'll necessarily have and we were on top of the busy pedestrian street and it is very noisy inside the flat as well.

Excellent apartment, we had a great time.

A very comfortable studio apartment. There is a compact kitchen with which you can prepare everything. Dining area with a good coffee machine. Excellent location in the pedestrian zone of the city. The owner Peter was very nice. Ready to help and assist. He has a good cafe there. Very close to the lake surrounded by restaurants, pubs. We had a lot of fun. We will return there. Very good spacious shower with sauna. Large wide electric bed. There is Apple TV

Simply amazing

Great apartment in a wonderful location, just in the middle of Annecy square. 5-7 minutes walk from the train/bus station. The owner welcomed us himself at 8:30 pm and explained everything about this amazing apartment like the Turkish Bath and the wood-fire place in the living room. Don’t miss trying out their hot chocolate drink which they prepare at the hotel’s restaurant. I’ll definitely come back!

it was an average stay it is not as super as it is described and it is expensive

the location and the decoration

first of all it is not as it shows in the photo, the room has poor sound proof and has terrible noise from the bar that is located at the base of the building but also from the room next door. at 6 in the morning the person in the next room was taking a shower and it felt like he or she was in our room .the room was not super clean, some of the lights in the bathroom were not working.

Frustrating and underwhelming

The apartment is very nicely remodeled in the heard of Annecy. Staff was very friendly. two level apartment with the bedroom in the upper leve.

The Air Conditioning did not work. The bedroom was very hot and stuffy. Holiday weekend = loud parties until 2am, so no chance to open windows. We had to move to the lower level and sleep on the pull out couch. Very uncomfortable.

not at all what expected. It can be rated anywhere between 3 and 4 stars

location is fine, breakfast (a basket under the door...) was decent

hardly anything.... Smth terribly wrong with the heating system: super hot in some areas, and not warm enough in others. Rather shabby place alltogether. It definitely cannot be rated 5 stars... That is actually the worst: if you rate it 3 stars, you do not expect much, but rating it 5 stars implies a certain standard which is definitely not up to 5 starts. So, my main wich here is to rate properties fairly not to disappoint clients.

unfortunately very bad experience and wouldn’t recomannd it at all.

it was in the city center.

it shouldn’t be a 5 stars hotel it was very bad and tiny rooms very nosey at night because of the bar down the building, barley any room service no reception neither concierge the only way to contact is via WhatsApp I had to take out the trash by myself and I needed to clean the bathroom by myself even the towels were not been cleaned during my 4 nights stay, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.
