This is a unique two bedroom, dog friendly cottage situated on The Bay holiday complex. The ground floor provides an open plan family living, dining and kitchen area along with a cloakroom and entrance hall. The contemporary styled living area features an electric "log-burner" stove and gliding bi-fold patio door, opening onto a paved patio area. A brick-built barbecue and wooden patio furniture provide the ultimate alfresco dining experience. Free high-speed fibre broadband WI-FI provided. Situated nearby Beach Haven Cottage for joint holidays. Relax in a King sized bed; bedroom with Juliet balcony and one with two singles. Bathroom with bath and shower over.

Lovely comfortable cottage, really well equipped and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and cottage beautifully decorated. Thank you for having us, we will be back!!

On the whole we loved this cottage- location,amenities everything we needed. The shower wasn't very powerful and only had large overhead - would prefer lower moveable hose and the bathroom fan went on for ages whichwas frustratingin the night. Struggled to open the key safe- and although we have stayed in and around filey on numerous occasions it was the first time we had stayed at the Bay and we couldn't find welcome pack with details about amenities- shop opening times etc.

Loved the setting, close to the beach, holiday village is brilliant with everything you could ask for and not too far from Scarborough if you fancy a visit .
Beds at the house were really uncomfortable but other than that the stay was great and Nigel the host could not have done more for us.

We stayed at Beachcomber Cortage for a post Christmas break with our 2 grown up children and our little puppy. The cottage is beautiful, spotlessly clean throughout with all the facilities you couple possibly need. The added surprise of the Christmas tree made our stay feel more personal and we loved the little touch of the welcome pack.
We will definitely be staying again!!

Originally booked for one night but stayed for two. Property was very home from home and nice and warm. I especially enjoyed using the large bath to have a soak in. Close to all amenities with being nearer bottom of estate and less than 19 min walk to beach. Close to Bridlington Scarborough and flamborough all worth a visit especially flambrough I got to see the seals. Would definitely return. Staff in local pub were very helpful and food was good. Nigel the host very helpful. Thanks for a great break just what we needed.

Spacious, nicely furnished property. The boys loved the outside spaces and the swimming pool. The park is nicely set out, but the gardens need the weeds removed and generally tidied up. Good location, if you can manage the climb back up from the beach!

Comfortable property in a good position. Everything you need for a stay by the sea. Easy access to facilities and the beach. Loved the setting, only negative being the small size of the on site swimming pool and poor condition of football pitch. We hopefully will be staying again.

We enjoyed our recent stay. Property was very smartly presented and clean.
We were there with our 3 year old grandson who enjoyed cycling around the site . Easy access to the beach and we found the little playground on our last morning there

Lovely ,well maintained house, all you need for a relaxing break away ,loved the fire so easy to use and looks and sounds like a real log burner without the hassle, can’t wait to stay again would highly recommend .

We had a lovely family weekend away at the cottage. Everything was clean and perfectly set up for what we needed with 2 young children. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and also made the most of the great facilities on offer like the pool and pub. Would definitely recommend!

The cottage exceeded expectations and was bigger than the photographs perceived. Very clean with everything you need for that ‘home from home’ experience. Fantastic facilities on site and only 5 minutes walk onto the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay.
The place was really clean, love the interior decor, and the little finishing touches. I love how they had everything in the cottage suitable for children.
Absolutely loved having the pool within walking distance of the cottage we spent many hours in the swimming pool.
We are definitely staying again we didn’t want to leave.

This property had everything we needed for a short break. It was warm and cosy with all the home comforts. The bed was so comfy, I was able to really relax before Christmas. We didn't want to leave! Will definitely be coming back.

We would highly recommend this beautiful house. It was spotlessly clean with comfy beds and fluffy towels. It had everything you need including 2 little welcome packs 1 with cleaning products and the other with biscuits, milk sachets etc. The pool, pub were a 5 min walk away and the beach is a 10 min walk. If you’d like to swim, do archery etc you’ll need to book these online before you visit. We will be back. 😀
