About this apartment rental
Situated in the heart of the pretty village of Beaulieu sur Mer the garden apartment is on the ground floor of the Villa La Rifane. It is located on a typically French side street and is a three minutes walk to the nearest beach the Baie des Fourmis and a two minute walk to the centre of the village. The beach has all the facilities including a summer restaurant, it is also the start of the promenade walks to the village of St Jean Cap de Ferrat, via the David Niven villa and Villefranche. Beaulieu sur Mer has many cafes, restaurant and shopping to cater for all needs. The train station is very convenient servicing Monte Carlo and Italy in one direction and Nice, Antibes and beyond in the other.
The entrance to the Villa is approached through private gates off the Rue Gauthier Vignal and along a short garden path. The garden apartment is particularly spacious being 90 sq metres with high ceilings which were retained during the refurbishment. On entering the apartment the main hall leads directly to the large open plan kitchen and lounge, which runs the full length of the apartment. The kitchen area is fully equipped and includes an island and breakfast bar. In the dining area there is a contemporary glass and chrome dinning table and chairs for six and in the lounge area there is a comfortable Italian L shaped sofa and coffee table and french doors offering access across the garden path to the private garden which is 120 sq. metres. Such gardens/outdoor spaces are very rare in Beaulieu sur Mer and facilitates day and night covered outdoor al fresco living with barbecue area; there is a sun lounger relaxation space all of which offers a unique aspect to the apartment. There is a welcoming feeling of warmth and relaxation enhanced by views of the garden from the windows and french doors.
The apartment throughout has been completely refurbished with high ceilings retained, offering a mix of contemporary and modern living in a classic french villa. The other rooms, lead off the large entrance hall, the hall cloakroom also offers storage for beach umbrellas etc. bedroom one has a large comfortable queen size bed and boasts an en suite wet room with shower, wc and wash hand basin, the second bedroom is larger which can be set up as a twin room with large comfortable single beds or as a comfortable super king as required. Next to this bedroom is a large family bathroom with bath, shower, wc and wash hand basin.
This unique well equipped garden apartment offers the perfect accommodation and base for a Riviera beach holiday, great for touring the Cote D' Azur and Italy or a winter Riviera retreat.
The garden is very enjoyable all day with plenty of shade. There is a dining table and comfortable chairs. An orange tree, rose arbour and planting makes the garden very pretty.
In all such a large garden is very unique in the middle of Beaulieu and is a great addition to the apartment which on it's own is an attractive, welcoming first class facility.

Mme Briggs, s'il vous plaît, CHANGEZ VOTRE ABONNEMENT ELECTRIQUE.Il a sauté 6 ou 7 fois quand il y a du chauffage et le lave vaisselle par exemple. Et traduisez en français votre petit mode d'emploi.

Appartement magnifique, emplacement parfait, mais électricité à revoir
Nous avons des sentiments mitigés après notre séjour de 2 semaines (2 adultes + 2 enfants) dans l'appartement de Nathalie.
L'appartement est tout d'abord magnifique, mieux encore que les photos ne le laissent penser. Il y a de l'espace et est très bien décoré. Le petit jardin privé avec terrasse couverte est un vrai plus même si en Décembre ce n'est pas la meilleure saison pour en profiter. Tous les équipements nécessaires sont présents, ne manquerait qu'un micro-ondes, pratique quand on a des enfants.
L'emplacement est idéal au centre de Beaulieu, à 2 minutes de la plage. L'endroit est calme même si il y a un peu de passage juste devant la chambre principale et la cuisine, cela n'a pas empêché notre bébé de dormir par exemple.
Il y a cependant un gros défaut, signalé à Nathalie mais qui n'a malheureusement pas pu être réglé : les coupures d'électricité à répétition. Nous avons testé plein de combinaisons (couper temporairement les chauffes eau, baisser les chauffages, alterner l'utiliser lave linge / lave vaisselle), nous avions des coupures à répétition.
Nathalie a toujours été très réactive et a essayé de nous aider mais c'est un point qui nous a malheureusement un peu gâché notre séjour.
Une fois ce point réglé avec EDF cet appartement sera parfait pour y revenir!

In the very heart of Beaulieu
Beautiful apartment with every thing you would need to make it a fantastic stay , and the location is literally 5 mins from centre ville , beach , and station , so what ever you want to do you start with a huge positive

This is a lovely flat in the interior, a pretty outdoor garden and in a great location. Easy walk to shops and beach. The owner was very accomodating too. However, it is not air conditioned and does not have ceiling fans in the main rooms, and the ones in the bedrooms were not great (one not working) so I would not stay there in the hot months of July and August again. Also, because they don't have half shutters and the windows on first floor go out to the street, you have to keep the shutters closed most of the time to have any privacy, so it makes the flat dark and hot and you cannot sleep with the windows open because of security. Shame really as it is a lovely light flat with big windows.

superbe appartement et emplacement!
L'appartement est superbe et agencé avec beaucoup de gout.Très agréable jardinet.Tout est à proximité!très bons restaurants .Seul bémol,le ménage de l'appartement et une odeur qui vient du sous sol(à cause d'un problème d'aération).Mais malgré cela ,je conseille très fortement cet appartement ,nous avons passé un agréable et doux séjour.(prévoir 20 euros de parking pour la semaine ,tout est payant).

Great place, facilities and location. The garden space is really useful and a quiet place to relax with a book or a drink. We would stay here again without question.

Fabulous, well-equipped apartment in convenient location.
We loved staying here. Just a few minutes walk from railway station, supermarket, restaurants and beach. You couldn't get a better location. The apartment itself was spacious and extremely well-equipped with everything one needs for a fantastic stay.
Large rooms, great kitchen and a lovely garden area where we enjoyed sitting out in the evenings with a glass or two of of wine. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Fabulous holiday
Four of us stayed in this beautiful apartment for 9 nights and had a wonderful time. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and the garden is ideal for eating, relaxing or having pre dinner drinks. It is ideally situated for the beach, the supermarket and restaurants. We organised to be collected from Nice airport and the return trip by Taxi Nice Airport. I like to do this wherever I go and would recommend this company. We ate out in several of the restaurants that are close to the apartment. Our favourite was La Pignatelle on Rue de Quincenet. The food was excellent as were the staff. We were only sorry it was the last day that we discovered it. I can definitely recommend this apartment and am planning a return trip.

Geschmackvoll eingericht Wohnung mit nettem Garten
Wir (3 Erwachsene) haben 10 Tage in diesem großzügigen Appartement verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und bestens mit allem Nützlichen ausgestattet. Der kleine Garten mit überdachtem Pavillon lädt zum Entspannen oder einem Aperitif am Abend ein.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr freundlich. Zum Bahnhof, Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt, Restaurants oder Strand sind es weniger als 5 min zu Fuß.
Der Kontakt zur Eigentümerin war sehr gut. Check in und out waren einfach und problemlos.
