Everything was excellent

I liked everything in the property, all the things that we needed were there. I am very pleased and I will recommend the place to my friends as well.

Nothing much, just that the car we were travelling with was not able to enter in the yard for it is very high.

The view was beautiful

It was an amazing place. The view was beautiful that there’s something that’s wrong with the guests keeping I mean someone who is taking care of the property he didn’t change some of the things that have been damaged by other clients.

Filthy accommodation AGAIN! Fireplace doesn’t work but still being advertised as included…I even emailed them about fixing it this year (no more COVID excuses), but they didn’t even respond nor fix it.

If only it was looked after, it would feel like like it was worth the money.

A nice location, good to get into town or down into camps bay. it was nice to open the windows and have a huge open space together. Thank god there is a battery to cover for the daily power cuts. Great view.

You do feel quite exposed when by the pool as its right on the main road. Garden furniture very grubby and sparse, some broken. The bedroom and kitchen cupboards are falling to bits and chipped. It really need a paint everywhere, skirtings are damaged & chipped. No water pressure in the showers, all the bedroom lamps are badly damaged, everything was just really bashed up and has clearly had a hard time & a lot of traffic. A real shame that its not loved, you can do a LOT better for the same money in camps bay.

If the host can concentrate on

Quiet and at the perfect location. It seemed secured.

The host must take cake of the door handles, they kept coming out. A bit irritating. The host can also take care of the water pressure in the showers. Increase the pressure so one can enjoy a beautiful shower. The lights are a bit confusing, especially the ones at the main passage. One ends up pressing everything, but still with no luck…Because we visited in winter, the nights were very chilly, and there only 2 throws in such a big house. Please provide either blankets, or electric blankets. It’s good that there’s air cons, but some of us with sinuses cannot use air cons…

Not worth it, the property looks nothing like the photos.

Property pics mislead you on the place. The place was not cleaned well. The water pressure is non existent. The owners need to spend some money on this property to increase the value for money and for it to be up there with the rest of the camps bay properties. The house was not cleaned well when we arrived as well as on the Friday. There was not enough toilet paper nor washing powder for the machine. I would not recommend this property, it’s not worth it.

Relaxing stay under the African sun

Nice property great views- fully compliant as advertised - excellent service from total stay - daily cleaning - responsive host when issues

several small technical issues / gate broke down twice / internet router overheated/ not clean clean in hidden areas (e.g. on top of cabinets) - the nearby main street (noise) may bother some during daytime and early morning.

Really bad experience

The view outside

The experience as a whole was not pleasant at all, given the location of the property there was a certain standard of expectation which was not met. The bathroom and room doors jammed and people got stuck inside the rooms, bare in mind that there was pregnant women present is an alarming situation of course, additionally the outside lights was not working which defeated the purpose of having an outside lounge area. The fire place was not working which we contacted the staff to assist and made them aware of the lights that was not working and they came the next day with no avail to solve the situation, they brought gas but did not assist us with the fire place as well, so the fire place was of no use as well, as you can imagine this was very disappointing. It cost us nothing to rate this experience as a memorable one and enjoyable one but it certainly was not, and I will definitely not be recommending this premises to anyone. I hope this message finds a swift response and rectify the situation and turn it into a positive scenario. If no action is taken I will be happy to review the experience via the website and social media. Before doing so I am happy to give you the opportunity to change this situation around and make sure all parties are satisfied, which will result in a positive review from my end.

PERFECT

I love everything about the apartment. My stay was with a few family and friends and we had a great time.

They could make the pool heated and also add a cabana by the outside seating area, overall everything was good.
