We absolutely loved our two week stay at Stephane and Françoise’s home in Antibes. The home is very clean with modern finishes and updated appliances that work perfectly. We really appreciated the art and the ability to play music via Sonos throughout the house. There are multiple terraces for outdoor dining and the grill was excellent for enjoying fish from Port Vauban. We traveled as a family and it was very nice that the pool with sea view had gates to prevent children from accessing the pool alone.
The house is walking distance to both old town and Plage Keller; driving to other cities, Cannes and Nice, is very quick. We’ve stayed in other parts of the South of France before and believe Antibes to be the best location.
Stephane was an incredibly generous and communicative host, the same goes for Patrick, the house manager, who was available whenever needed. We hope to stay in the house again soon!

Beautiful Villa in a Stunning Location
We have stayed in Antibes for the past 7 years, preferring to stay in an apartment closer to town and beaches. However in August 2017, we decided to try renting a house on the cap and we were not disappointed when we saw Stephane’s stunning home.
It is a beautifully and elegantly decorated villa in a tranquil road not far from several beaches (it is only 10min walk to our usual location at the Royal Beach). The villa is larger than the photos might indicate, with four spacious and air conditioned bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom (each is tastefully decorated) and with more than sufficient storage available too. There are plenty of comfortable sitting areas to enjoy hanging out at night...I particularly enjoyed the main sitting room where I could lounge around on the comfy sofas enjoying a glass of wine while the kids loved the TV room / Den area for ‘movie nights’.
The pool is a nice size and it is of varying depths with a shallow end for smaller kids and a deep section for the obligatory diving games. There is sun around the pool area all day and there are plenty of sunbeds to laze on. Surprisingly, it is also very private with no neighbouring houses overlooking it. There are several areas to sit and eat with some places enjoying a great view of the ocean. As with everything in the villa, the pool was always clean and the surrounding area was kept immaculate. The outdoor kitchen also came in handy for storing the kids drinks / snacks and was quite often used for BBQ nights
Several reviewers have mentioned that a car is needed to stay in this location. However I'd like to say that we did not wishful the hassle of driving so we opted to use the taxis recommended in the information booklet provided by Stephane and the service was excellent...very reliable and we only encountered very nice drivers who were all multi-lingual.
We also used a french shopping delivery service (houra.fr) at the beginning of our holiday which was a little pricey but their service was brilliant (although the setting up of the order was a little difficult and patience is required)…hope this helps!!!
It was a real pleasure to be able to stay in the villa for 2 weeks and I would, without hesitation, highly recommend this villa to anyone who wishes to enjoy a fantastic holiday in Antibes...the quality of decor, cleanliness and general ambiance of the house shows that it is a home that Stephane and his family cherish, as did we during our stay
Thanks Stephane!!

Wonderful calm luxury villa
Lovely villa in great location with wonderful views. The villa is in a great location in a really prestige part of the coast. Beautifully decorated, calm and loads of space to relax. We had a great family holiday. Contrary to other reviews saying it was hard to travel around without a car - we used uber and could get a taxi anywhere within 10 minutes. The villa is well looked after and we enjoyed the stylish decor and modern feel, thanks for a great holiday.

Amazing Villa, Wonderful Holiday
We stayed in the villa for the month of August 2014 and we had a wonderful time. The villa is extremely spacious (much bigger than it looks on the photos) and is beautifully decorated and furnished. The layout of the villa around the central courtyard (which is perfect for breakfast, and evening drinks) plus the pool deck and terrace really allows guests to ‘flow’ around the property, with plenty of space and privacy for everyone. All four bedrooms are large and the air conditioning worked well, although the villa is nice and cool so we didn’t actually use it very much. The villa is situated on a very peaceful road and there is very easy parking out the front (you need a car, I think). The villa’s new owner Stephane personally welcomed us and then kept in touch via mobile to make sure that everything was fine. Day to day issues were handed very efficiently by the rental agency round the corner. There was a comprehensive information pack within the villa e.g. regarding taxis and local restaurants and days out - and we particularly appreciated the recommendation for Foundation Maeght in St-Paul de Vence. Overall we had a wonderful and very relaxing month – 90% of it was spent either at the beach, or lazing by the pool at the villa, and we made full use of the summer kitchen and the gas BBQ. Both beaches are easily walkable – although there is a fairly steep hill on the way back so you can always avail yourself of the valet parking at Page Joseph (which my friends thought was most amusing!). My daughter and her friends also very much enjoyed Aqua Splash In Antibes, which is part of Marineland. Thanks for a lovely holiday!

Lovely villa in wonderful location
We stayed here three weeks in August 2013. The villa is lovely and comfortable, well equipped and modern, in a lovely peaceful location close to all of the beaches, restaurants, shops, etc. but feels so peaceful coming back to the sea views and sound of the crickets. The villa was exactly as presented on the website. The owner Robert was extremely helpful and made sure the grounds and the pool were always impeccable. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Spacious Villa in peaceful setting
Lovely spacious villa, beautifully decorated throughout, with quality furnishings, air conditioning, very comfortable, clean and tidy.
3 large double bedroom with en-suite and air conditioning, the fourth double is smaller, more suitable for older children than adults.
The modern kitchen is very well planned out with all the latest appliances, a very sociable area of the house.
The villa is set back from the sea and the main road, in a very peaceful location with no noise and very little traffic, although it is close enough to the busy town centre and beaches to be within walking distance.
There are sea views from the main living room, bedroom and terraces.
The old part of town is not to be missed, with many interesting shops, markets, craft stalls, restaurants and bars.
The villa owner, Robert was most welcoming and very helpful.

"An idyllic retreat"
We were a group of 6 ladies 'getting away from it all' for a quiet week and this was the perfect 'home from home'. The villa itself is wonderful, light, airy, spacious and comfortable. The are 3 beautiful double ensuite bedrooms and a 4th small annexe room, more suitable for an adventurous couple of kids or a teenager I would say. The kitchen is well equipped, although an 'explain it in simple terms' instruction manuel on how to use some of the appliances would be useful, as we struggled with the ice-maker for those essential G&T's by the pool at 5pm! Some new crockery, glasses & cooking utensils would be recommended, it's all a little 'shabby-chic' & non-matching, but it's just a small hint to the owner Robert, who is a delight by the way. He's approachable, friendly, helpful and is there if you need him and discreet at other times. The pool & terrace are totally private and the Cap D'Antibes, with it's grand residences and wide avenues, is an outstanding location. I will hasten to add that a car is an absolute essential in this area. We didn't hire, as non of us particularly wanted to be responsible for driving on those narrower lanes around Antibes and we thought the walking would be good for us. Well, we certainly kept the pounds off from all the wonderful cheeses we purchased at the daily market in Old Antibes!
The nearest beach is a 10min walk away to your right out of the villa, lovely for kids with enough eateries to last a few days & the 2nd beach to your left about 15mins, but Antibes Town, with it's wonderful boutiques, great little pavement restaurants, harbour full of super yachts and buzzing nightlife, is a min 30 minute walk and trust me when I say there are no taxis to be had! (A couple of our friends, who arrived a day later, waited nearly 1hr at the station in Antibes for a taxi to the villa, finally we had to call on Robert for assistance) Also, the nearest Supermarkets/Deli's are too far without transportation. Hire a car!
Other than the small recommendations above we had a stunning holiday, superb weather, great food & wine and above all else, felt very 'at home' in the villa. I gave it a 4, just because a few little tweaks to the place, including an information manuel about the locality, where to eat, carhire, emergency numbers etc will quickly turn it into a fabulous 5! We would definitely tell our friends about this villa and we will be returning to Antibes again in the future.

super holiday
We recently stayed at this villa and were very happy with our holiday, The description on the web site was accurate and the villa was clean and well presented,we found the villa very comfortable,(we were 7 in total, three children ) it is very light and airy, and the layout seemed to make it "flow", we spent most of our time on the elevated terrace around the pool, great views accross to cap ferrat and Monaco, it was quiet, private and very convienient, the children had a great time.
the beeches are very close and walkable, the old town Antibes and Juan les pins are very accessable.the position is very good,it is quiet, yet not far from everything,
We went to La Garoupe beech most days, the children loved the sandy beech and we sat in the restaurant and enjoyed the ambience while they were just feet away.
The kitchen is very easy and modern +it's big enough to prepare food and have a drink with your friends, the bedrooms are a good size and comfortable.
The owner, Robert was very helpful and easy to deal with.
We are booking again for next year, and would definitely recomend this villa.

Stunning Villa
This is a simply beautiful villa with stunning sea views from the main terrace. Immaculately updated and presented.Very light and spacious with quality furnishings and fittings. A short distance from the old town of Antibes which we found fascinating with it's little winding streets and many excellent restaurants. Also a short walk to the excellent beach restaurants at La Garoupe with its sheltered and shallow sany beach. Very safe for children and very relaxing for the rest of us. I think that the best thing is that it is such a nice and quiet environment despite being so close to all the facilities and liveliness. One can dip in and out of all that the area offers then retreat to yout own haven. The owner could not have been more knowledgable and helpful.

Amazing location, good property, nice hosts
I stayed in this villa with my husband and a 7 months old baby in September'08. Overall, we had an amazing experience. The villa exceeded our expectations: it is tastefully decorated, kept in a very good order, and has everything a family on holiday needs. The decor is quite romantic and charming - great for a couple on a romantic getaway.
It has simply the best location: the beach is 5 min walk away as is the night life and tourist attractions. The hosts were great and even offered to pick us up and drop us off to the airport for free. They were also very accommodating of our needs, i.e. sourced a baby cot and a baby car seat for my baby. The only reason I rated it at 4 vs 5 is due to the dish washing machine being out of order and the top floor bathroom leaking a little to the master bathroom. I am sure, though, that the villa owner will fix this as it is evident that the property is kept in an immaculate order! I will definitely recommend it to a friend.

Perfect service from Day 1 till the end!
Robert is a great guy who showed us the best service and gave us the best attention since the first minute we got to Antibes.
The house is perfectly well located in the old town, 50m. from the best British bars and restaurants. You can enjoy Antibes cosmopolitan nightlife just by going out of the front door!
A lot of traditional shopping around the house and nice sea view from every floor; How beatiful it is to wake up in the morning and see all those yachts and sailing boats in front of the house...It helps you dream !
The house is very well decorated by Robert and very clear. White/beige colors everywhere and my favorite part was the main bathroom on the second floor...I took some pictures with the hope of getting my decorator to do the same at home!
Once again, you will enjoy every moment in this house in a central location with something rare on the French Riviera...Air Conditionning!

comfortable and unique location
We stayed here for one week and enjoyed ourselves very much. This villa has a great location and you will be able to stay here without a car. The beach is near, however we went by car everyday to Juan Les Pins. The house is very comfortable and indeed the owner Robert is a very easygoing guy. The only thing we missed is a larger balcony or small garden where we would be able to sit and enjoy a glass of wine.

Simply superb
We stayed here in July. I cannot overstate how happy we were with every aspect of the week. The house is perfectly located, just two minutes walk from the daily local market, and across the street from the free beach. I greater beach luxury is required, it's a bout 5 minutes towards the new town to reach the Royal Beach Club. EU20 per day for excellent loungers, bar service, and a good restaurant.
The house is extremely well-equipped by somebody who understands US/English needs. And Rob is a perfect host - helpful and there when you need and totally absent if you want privacy. And if you want a dining or drinking companion, he's a really interesting guy too.
As already stated, the place is 4 storey, so you get plenty of exercise. But this does enable separation for a family group. The kitchen is superb, the main room has a large screen TV with cable, and a good internet connection. Both bedrooms are airconditioned and the main one has shutters, french windows and full height glazed doors - so any noise from the town is totally excluded. The top bedroom is really sweet and has a great view.
This place represents terrific value. We would return in a heartbeat - and may well do so in 2009...

outstanding home
We stayed there for four days and loved it. The location is absolutely the best in all of Antibes. It is across from the beach and one-half block from all the restaurants etc in old town. The views from the windows and small balcony were superb and may be the best in town. The interior of the four story apartment is completely redone, decorated to the best quality and spotless. It is truly a fantastic location, apartment and build-out. Lastly, Robert, the owner was very, very easy to work with. Not for the folks who don't like stairs in that it is four stories. But that is way overshadowed by the quality of the location and home. I would go back today.
