Lovely big room with big bed. Kettle and coffee machine with teabags and coffee capsules- not always a given with Austrian hotels. Centrally located. Garage for bikes available.
Maybe the air con could have been stronger. To be fair we were there on the hottest day of the year so far in 2023! 34 degrees Celsius.

Location, room
4.2
The location was great! It's so central with lovely restaurants, bars and museums nearby. Facilities were modern, the bed was comfortable, and the room was big.
We didn't get email instructions on how to check-in and wondered through the restaurant to be escorted through.
Didn't realise that the pedestrian road will be so noisy at night with passers by. We had a room facing the front of the hotel. The balcony rooms might be less noisy. Earplugs were provided by the hotel, which is very thoughtful from them and helfpul.
4.2
location, there are bars and pubs around the block but it is still quiet
very nice and clean room and bathroom
nice staff, helpful and welcoming
garage to store bikes
sparkling water in room
toiletries and hairdryer
the reception looks like a messy garage
4.2
Very close to the center, actually in the city center.
The public parking is just around the corner.
The rooms were comfortable an and quiet.
The parking costs 19 euros a day, would be nice if you had a discount as a hotel guest.
The windows were a little dusty, but the room was clean.
4.2
very nicely designed rooms
there is no breakfast, but that was clear while booking. the sad thing is, you can't get coffee in the morning.
saturday night is quite lively in front of your windows...
4.2
Good sized room and very comfortable bed
The reception is a poorly arranged unwelcoming hallway with unused furniture stored there. There were extremely noisy construction works to a building opposite going on when we arrived in the afternoon. There was no prior warning about this. The room was very hot and unaired but we couldn’t open the window for the invasive noise. We were refused an alternative non-street facing room. The works started again early in the morning so we were glad that we were only staying one night.

Ideal location, two steps from Hauptplatz and public transportation. Very quiet and clean. Nice big room, free bottle of water coffee/tea. Very friendly staff. Restaurant highly recommended
No breakfast on site, though there is a place right next door.
4.2
Spacious, clean room. Great restaurant downstairs
There was no possibility to store luggage on Sunday, we had to take it to the train station.
4.2
modern, clean, and spacious room
Didn't expect that there would be no breakfast. At this price point, one would expect that breakfast would be included.
The windows are not insulated enough that one hears the noise on the street at night.
4.2
The room was well laid out and large. We appreciated the toilet being separate from the shower and sink. The beds were very comfortable. The location was good in respect to being close to major transportation.
There is an issue with the location. It is on a narrow Gasse that connects the Hauptplatz with several nightclubs and bars. We were in a room on the front and there were people yelling to each other, in some cases screaming all during the night staring on Wednesday (when we arrived) to when we left on Sunday. We hoped it would die down by 4am or so but no, it kept up well past the dawn. Advise getting a room on the back side of the hotel. Also the rooms were not that clean with dust bunnies and dirt under the bed and in other areas of the room. The daily service really did not clean the bathroom either. And for 200 euros a night, it was not cheap.

Clean nice stay in the city Center
Because of the very centered location you here the noise from the people that are in the bars ets. In our case a group of young men decided go have all noght street party,, ao we couldn't sleep ay all...

This kind of accomodation is really good. Not a hotel but also not a self check-in apartments. Room was amazing, spacious, well equipped. Nice bonus was a bottle of water and Rituals cosmetic. Bed was just amazing, big and soft mattress.
Location is good, a few steps from main square, but at the weekend is really noisy outside (but i am sure that is not a hotel fault). Receptionist was neutral, not much talkative, just give a basic info and that’s all, check-out was a bit chaotic. There wasn’t anyome at the front desk, we waited a couple of minutes and no one coming so then we just put a cards on the table and left.

Got a room upgrade. Staff was very friendly. Room was really quiet although the hotel is in a busy party area. Didn't hear noises from the street or from other guests in adjacent rooms.
No breakfast option at the hotel.
4.2
spacious room
very rude owner, extreme noise from the street so if you want to sleep or have a pleasant time, just dont book this hotel, not worth it

I think it’s fair to say this is a very high quality restaurant, and it’s great food beautifully presented, with a hotel and rooms attached. The location is very central.
The bed was lovely a comfy but the room with it’s tiny balcony felt a little tired.
4.2
Great Location
Very nice and spacious room
Hospitable personnel
Lack of Breakfast (but there are good options near by directly on main the square)
Lack of AC (during hot days)
Noisy street (in case you need to open the window)
4.2
Great restaurant for dinner with awesome wine list and attentive service. Clean comfortable room in centre of town. Garage for bikes
Very noisy partying on street all night!

Localização muito central, muito limpo, confortável.
Very central and well located, clean and comfortable.

Very warm welcome, upgraded us to a suite and invited us to coffee; enjoyed our stay in the beautiful room.
when you open the window it can be a bit noisy - otherwise nothing at all that wa negative.
4.2
The hotel is centrally located, right off the central square. Many restaurants nearby. The room is quite large.
The reception was a bit unpersonal: you enter a gate with the idea you're going through a backdoor; there is no proper reception, but a small make-shift desk with a staff member who may be there or not. The room is quite big, but has limited amenities: e.g. there is a coffee machine, but just 2 coffee cups, so you don't feel really welcome. Wifi is poor and the airco is not working very well.

Perfect location for doing a city trip to Linz. Comfortable hotel. Good value for money. Would recommend this hotel.

Good size room with balcony, great that there were tea & coffee facilities, excellent location.
Bathroom felt overheated and lack of extraction fan makes if very stuffy especially after a hot shower. Noting the hotel bills itself as “ essen-trinken-schlafen”, one would expect the eating part would be more of a feature for hotel guests. But there was no breakfast option and the restaurant was closed. We got a voucher for the restaurant, but since it was closed until Tuesday. So having the restaurant open and available for hotel guests for breakfast and dinner would be great.

New rooms. Amazing bed! Coffee machine, balcony with table and chairs outside our room 10. Warm room. Fan available. Modern and cosy. Lift to access floors and key card entry. Cleaners are very nice. We were allowed to check out at 1pm which was wonderful!
Rooms are hot in summer and lots of mosquitoes trying to get in. Need to install a mosquito netting screen on the door so you can leave the balcony door open at night without getting bitten. Reception closes at 5pm. Let them know in advance about picking up keys from lock box outside door. The restaurant looked amazing but was closed the day we were there. No breakfast but lots of breakfast cafes 50m away.
