The house is located on the Avola promenade and is less than 50 meters from the Loggia a beach of fine golden sand on which the suggestive Tonnara di Avola stands out. The house is complete with every type of comfort to spend a peaceful holiday dedicated to the sea, relaxation and culture. In a few minutes you reach the historic center, particularly appreciated for its characteristic hexagonal plant, the Robinson amusement park equipped with games for children, pizzerias, markets, restaurants with typical regional cuisine and the Tonnara di Avola, where you can buy early in the morning good fresh fish. La Tonnara is the place where in the past the traditional Mattanza del Tuna was held, today recalled, every summer in August, with the "Festival of the tuna and glutton"
Avola, city of almond and Nero d'Avola wine, lends itself as an ideal starting point to visit the entire east coast, from Noto capital of the Baroque and UNESCO heritage, to Syracuse also UNESCO heritage, up to Modica, Ragusa, Marzamemi and Capo Passero extreme tip of Sicily. Still, just 20 minutes by car, the enchanting pristine beaches of the Vendicari and Calamosca nature reserve, recently named one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy and Cavagrande, a canyon that opens onto the Cassibile river where you can swim between waterfalls and low mineral content freshwater ponds.

The area, once only a summer resort, is now inhabited all year round and in summer it is crowded with tourists, thanks also to the organization of unmissable events such as the tuna festival held right in the surroundings of the Avola tonnara every August.

Walking for a few minutes you will be on the center of the town. Nearby the flat is located the Robinson's park where you can find fun area for kids, pizzerias, local cusine restaurants. This area is also famous for the "Tonnara di Avola". Here is possible, early in the morning, to buy fresh fish. That's a spot where in the past, the tuna fishes were caught in the traditional festival named: "Mattanza", that is revoked on the summer time (month: August), on the festival named: "Tuna and glutton festival".

L'appartamento è nella media: per il periodo che è comunque alta stagione, il rapporto qualità prezzo è corretto: fuori stagione sicuramente è molto più vantaggioso.E' un ottima base per spostamenti verso località vicine come Noto, Marzamemi e Siracusa.
Il proprietario è gentilissimo e molto discreto.

Comodo appartamento ben fornito a un passo da un mare bellissimo!
L'appartamento è ampio e ideale per chi desidera soggiornare vicino al mare.
Ha tutto quello che serve per una comodo vacanza al mare.
Abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità di Davide (il proprietario) e del suo cagnolino che, ogni tanto, ci veniva a far visita.
Da lì si raggiunge in 5 minuti scarsi una spiaggia ben tenuta e con un mare sorprendentemente bello con acqua cristalline.
Come punto d'appoggio è ottimo per partire (in auto) alla volta di mete come Siracusa, Noto (15 minuti), Lido di Noto, Vendicari, Pachino e Marzamemi.
