Very good

I liked the bed and the breakfast a lot.

Some of the staff attitude could improve. I didn't like the moment we entered we had to pay, without even seen the room...etc...not very welcoming staff at all. No working WIFI at all, even though it should be.

Staff was super friendly, and location great. Good value for money

The facilities had a few issues, apparently in several rooms. - hair dryer was not working (probably you can ask one at the reception), but also was a bit sticky - there were issues with the magnetic key (we got a physical one) - in the room next to ours, the bathroom wasn't working and guests were asked to use the bathroom from another room (they also got moved to a different room the day after) - WiFi very weak, often not working (apparently an issue for a few guests) Nothing dramatic but a bit unpleasant. We had to go up and down to the reception a few times to get things fixed, which perhaps is not ideal when you come from a long flight and you just want sleep

Superb

Brilliant reception and staff - so helpful and friendly. Great location for walking in Montefiore area of Lima and tours will pick up from here. Packed breakfast provided even when we left at 5am (order night before).

Service from Juan was excellent, quantity and quality of breakfast was also excellent

Superb building

The hotel is superb. Nice area, quick check-in, very friendly and helpful staff

The breakfast is continental, not buffet. The breakfast is really tasty, but it should include more, especially on the drinks side. One little glass of juice is not enough. The wi-fi is available only in the reception. In the rooms at superior floors it is totally unavailable.

Boutique hotel three blocks from Malecon!

Nice boutique hotel in Miraflores, three block from the ocean walk Malecon. Clean, friendly, safe, affordable! Very stylish common area at the ground floor where breakfast is served (not self-service buffet!)

Internet unreliable, TV channels mostly local, breakfast served too late (starts at 8:30), needs room walls refreshment, especially bathroom tiles!

Very good

The breakfast was very nice with coffee Americano, juice, orange bread/cake fruit cup banana and mango with scrambled egg cup and ham on soft bun.

The AC unit and heater was a little tricky to figure out but we eventually got heat as it felt damp with the weather. Also Internet was spotty in 2nd day but staff brought a hot spot for us to use which gave us great fast internet. Super service with friendly staff which also sent taxi to pick us up at airport.

The staff were very polite, professional and bi-lingual (Spanish & English). The location was in a good neighborhood

Location was good. There were many local stores nearby as well as a super market within a short walking distance. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom had a double sink. The view from the 4th floor was pleasant.

Excellent accommodation

Excellent location, great breakfast, very helpful staff. Loved the Junior suite. Top floor, balcony. Loved this place, would stay again anytime.

The garden outside the bathroom window and next to the balcony could do with some weeding and tidy up.
