Nice place, more pluses than minuses

Location, right on quiet part of boardwalk, right on the beach Free breakfast is available for everyone even though it was not mentioned when booking room, food was decent, coffee was very good The staff was all friendly & helpful for the most part Pool was nice & clean but usually crowded but 1 afternoon we had the whole pool to ourselves & the bar at the pool makes good cocktails

Noisy AC, all rooms have noisy AC, got moved to another room, same noisy AC Parking is limited & tight though additional parking is across the street around the corner Our room had a smelly refrigerator, tried to get housekeeping to clean it but we had go purchase our own cleaning supplies & clean it ourselves, a lot of miscommunication with housekeeping, language barrier, 1st they thought the carpets needed cleaning, then they thought we had an insect problem, haha, sometimes better to just do things yourself

Overall, nice room, great location, beds, and shower.

The room had an amazing view and location. Shower and beds are great.

The floor was damp upon arrival. Don't know if it was shampooed recently but still damp. No microwave? Wasn't even a microwave in the buffet area to be able heat up anything brought back from eating out.

Very nice vacation

Everything from the front desk to the employees was great. Great location.

I was told I could check in earlier, at 12 instead of 5, I paid extra for earlier check in, but when I got the by 12, was told that the room wasn't ready yet, then someone else at the front desk told me the had me in at 1, not what I was told, when you spend a lot of money, at a really nice place, you hope everything would be good when you get there. Besides that, we were very happy with everything els. Ty the property was great,

I didn't like about was the room they first gave to us. I booked it for ocean view but received streetview and after I pointed out, they gave us side ocean view and blaming on that I didn't booked direct.

All went well despite the absence of a view of the ocean.

Breakfast was outstanding. Tables were at a premium.

I requested a room facing the ocean. That did not happen. I was told that by going through a third party, they must not have known what to do. When the gentleman tried to rectify the oversight, he said that I had to pay additional due to cost increases. I did not appreciate this, and stayed in the room with little view of the ocean. We were looking forward to the ocean view and paid for it way in advance. Very disappointed.

Very nice location, clean room, more towels needed in pool area on rainy off season days.

Enjoyed the location and ocean view, friendly staff.

Refrigerator did not work (it was replaced in a timely manner) and had to request a microwave (thought it was included vs ask for one). Breakfast was only just ok, eggs were nasty.

Great midweek or weekend getaway!

I had a corner room with a balcony with a beautiful view. The indoor pool was a bonus for November. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I traveled for a church retreat. I was still able to get some quiet time.

Because it was November a lot of the resturaunts and tourists spots were closed.

Awesome get away for my 60th birthday

Staff super super friendly. Rooms were awesome and clean. They heard it was my birthday and they sent up a very nice birthday card with 2 bottles of water, bag of fisher popcorn and 2 candy bars.

Bathroom sliding door was frosted glass so the light illuminates through it at night if someone uses during the night. Deserved a nice variety of breakfast foods however, all the hot foods were extremely cold even at 6:30 in the morning and there was no microwave to heat any food up

A beautiful hotel on boardwalk.

I got the ocean front room, it was very nice. The bed is comfortable and the room is very spacious. The tv hangs on the wall and is adjustable to either the couch or bed. There’s a mini store in the lobby. The elevators are decently fast with not a long wait time.

Parking was very tight. It felt like I could only drive places and get back 2 hours before checkin to get a spot under the hotel. They had an extra lot, but they should hand out a mini map on its location. Compared to the price tag, the free breakfast kinda sucks. The setup looks amazing. Also, it’s hard to sit outside on your balcony at night. All you smell is pot smoke from below. The outdoor pool was closed, yet next door their outdoor pool is open. At the quality inn. For a week in off season where weather was 70-79 + degrees. Maybe do a seasonal outdoor pool where you would open it on hot days.

The heated pool was NOT heated. The elevator was slow like waiting at least 10 min. or more. The beds were so bad I couldn't walk in the am. It was horrible! No place to eat breakfast had to stand around waiting for seat until after 3 days they opened another room.

Place was expensive, but was exceedingly nice and met my expectations

Breakfast was decent, simple but sufficient, a few more hot choices might make it excellent. Place was cleaned daily, no shortage or attempts to nickel and dime on things like towels, room temp, blankets or other amenities. Place had an outdoor wash station on each side of building. Simple but last two places I stayed at the beach did not.i feel like this saves more money with cleaning than it costs in water but either way it's nice to have.

Some parking was off site, not by far though, in there defense they seemed to actually have enough parking with more than a couple to spare even though they were fully booked.

Ocean front, the most comfortable bed and cozy bedding, convenient boardwalk location.

Housekeeping made beds & gave new towels, but didn’t clean shower door, sink …could clean more thoroughly for money paid for this hotel. Everything else in hotel was wonderful.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Location on the boardwalk was great. Steps away from the beach and shopping.

After breakfast is over, there is no food in the hotel anymore. I am not even sure there was room service. Hotel should seriously think about a coffee shop that also sells sandwiches. You can't go out every time you want to eat. There is a snack bar selling candy bars, cold drinks etc. Shops and restaurants come after the 12th st. That's 4 blocks. There is Franco's Pizza and Bar right under the hotel too. Great pizza. Make sure to come down for breakfast no later than 7:30am if you want to avoid long lines.

The breakfast, cleanliness, comfort of the beds.

I’ve always enjoyed my stay at a Hyatt and I was aware that it was pet friendly. And and in the past it was not a problem for me(I rarely, if ever saw them). However, there seemed to be quite a few this time…unruly, barking,and running dogs seemed to be everywhere. I know that quite a few people consider their pets their “children” . It will probably be difficult these days of equity for all, but in the future, I prefer not to stay at a “pet friendly” hotel.

It’s a very clean hotel and very family friendly. Breakfast is great. The outdoor bar/food is reasonably priced and it was good also.

Check in time of 5pm is a little late. You can use their facilities while you wait for your room but it’s just too late especially with younger kids. I wish you could pay extra to check in early.

The beds were terrible..!! I needed them to change my room because if was SO uncomfortable. And on the last day one of only two elevators were out of service..
