Tout d’abord, le service clients qui est excellent dans l’ensemble notamment concernant la réactivité des managers. Le personnel est impeccable. Et après il s’agit de la proximité de la plage et des commodités.

enjoyed our visit

The hotel lobby was beautiful, breakfast buffet huge, great service

There was no shower in the room, just a bathtub. This made it hard for me. I don't remember them saying that there would not be a shower when I booked. Everything else about the hotel was wonderful.

Super ontbijt, super zwembad en goede ligging.

Prachtig zwembad en ruime kamer. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Beste ontbijt in Vietnam: wat een keuze!!

Wij vonden het op veel plaatsen te warm: ontbijt ruimte, fitness, kamer. Na twee warme nachten drie keer iemand laten komen voor airco op kamer. Na 3dd keer was het beter. Ze hebben zich wel verontschuldigd met een gratis fruitschotel. In fitness ging blaadje met verontschuldiging omdat enkele toestellen weg waren voor onderhoud, maar toestellen die nog aanwezig waren, kunnen ook onderhoudsbeurt gebruiken (piepen, cijfers niet leesbaar ..). Reinigingsprodukt om na fitnessen toestellen te poetsen zou ook handig zijn (misschien niet standaard in Azië).

Best experience in Da Nang

A fost un sejur foarte placut, de aceea am revenit dupa sejurul de anul trecut. Hotelul este pe malul marii si are o priveliste minunata. Apa marii este foarte calda si linistita. Personalul este foarte amabil, curatenia a fost exemplara. Hotelul este modern, foarte curat. Micul dejun este extraordinar, fiind cu mancare din bucatariile europeana, vietnameza, coreeana, chinezeasca fiind foarte bogat si gustos. In fiecare dupa-amiaza in holul hotelului canta un pianist si se poate servi o gustare formata din fructe, prajituri, cafea si ceai. Subeo, Guest Relations Supervisor este o persoana agreabila, foarte prezenta placuta, ce te ajuta cu placere pentru orice. Recomand cu placere acest hotel.

Cực kì hợp cho một kì nghỉ gia đình

Mình đã 5 năm liền đi Đà Nẵng và 5 năm vẫn lựa chọn Hải An. Trong các chuyến công tác khác mình đã ở các ks hay resort khác như pullman, sala nhưng vẫn ưa thích nơi này cho kì nghỉ gia đình nhất vì đối diện là biển, nhân viên rất nice, rất gần các quán ăn, đối diện chiều tối là các pub nhỏ nên tối không hề bị nhàm chán. Phòng luôn được dọn sạch sẽ, nhân viên chu đáo và hỗ trợ khách cực tốt

Service Excellence and a great location

Service Excellence: I never felt so taken care of as I felt at the Haian. The staff goes above and beyond to provide you with the most comfortable stay. I have experienced every single staff member as attentive, nice and caring. Beside that the Haian is at a great location, right on the beach with lots of coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets right around the corner. I appreciated furthermore the free bicycle and beach towels. The room was always perfectly cleaned. Definitely recommend a stay at the Haian.

Best stay in Da Nang

Great location on the beach. View of the beach on the 12th floor was perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful. James was brilliant! Room was fantastic, clean and well maintained. I liked the use of Whatsapp for communication, was very easy to get my messages across without any language problems.

Toilet got blocked but was fixed within an hour of reporting it via Whatsapp.

O hotel é moderno e muito bem situado, mesmo em frente à praia. Quarto confortável, com cama e almofadas muito boas. Pequeno almoço variado e saboroso. O restaurante serve cozinha vietnamita e bem confecionada, mas é muito demorado. SPA muito bom.

the hotel was great! it was on the beach and had afternoon tea, the hotel even gave us room decorations for our 30th wedding anniversary. the roof pool was fantastic and the the service was great! Nothing bad to say about our stay there!

Best Hotel Breakfast Buffet and Hotel located right near the beach!

Great location!! Right across from the beach. My room has a lovely view of the beach which just calls out to you for a swim. Rooftop infinity pool was beautiful and overlooks the beach as well. There is a bar up top and outdoor furniture was comfortable. I organised a private driver pick up from Airport through the hotel and was very pleasantly surprised the driver was waiting right outside the gate with a sign and the private car was luxurious! On arrival they offered me some tea which was delightful and exactly what you need when you touch down in the heat. It was a few days after my bday and staff organised a cake delivered to my room which was so sweet of them! The breakfast that's included was amazing!!!! Definitely worth the stay just for the breakfast buffet alone!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa in Da Nang, Vietnam. The hotel is located right on the beach, and the views from my room were amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. There was a wide variety of food to choose from, including both Vietnamese and international dishes.

飯店整體非常不錯，地點就在美溪沙灘正對面，走路一分鐘即可到，早餐非常豐盛，還有提供一趟免費的機場接送非常貼心，飯店接送的車非常舒適，飯店附近還有二家咖啡廳，如果雨天沒地方去也可走路過去很方便

Excellent Hotel management has to be rate as a 5 Star hotel.

Best place to stay in all of Da Nang.

Perfect place to stay at Da Nang. Everything is clean, buffet breakfast and afternoon tea were the best we had in Vietnam. My Khe beach is right out front, and so many delicious restaurants right outside. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Rooftop pool and happy hour cocktails were the cheapest and best we’ve encountered.

Nothing - it was a 10/10 hotel. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
