Ціна жахлива як за несезон за старючій готель, зробив три кола машиною навколо по місті поуи зрозумів, що гараж біля готелю це й є їх паркінг

Wouldn't stay again for sure.

Clean and ac worked!

Over priced, hotel is falling apart, breakfast was terrible, I only ate a croissant as that felt safe!

Absolutely bad in relation to the price. I don't recommend it at all. Aposolutno one star instead of three.

accomodation generaly was a very poor. Bathroom very badl. Shower cabin without shower funds. Grilled shower holder. The shower door does not seal. The mattress in the bed is awful. Tv without signal. Balcony full of rust. Breakfast very poor!

Would only rate this hotel as a 2 star. Needs upgrading. No tea/coffee facilities in room as advert.

A nice short stay

The hotel is situated near the very center of the town of Rijeka (Fiume). Very important feature of the Hotel "Neboder" is a free-of-charge parking - either in the Hotel's garage or directly in the front of the entrance to the Hotel. The personnel is very kind. Buffet-type breakfast is very abundant. Generally, it was a lovely stay.

Nice view.

Nice room and bathroom. Nice view of Rijeka. The hotel is in a good location and main sites are within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall good experiance.

Breakfast was a little disapointing. Undercooked and poor quality bacon. Too much oil used to cook food. There were alternatives however.

Good location, bad food..

Staff is really friendly :) We got room on 12th floor for New Year's eve so it was beautiful to see midnight fireworks.

Breakfast food was absolutely awful. Carpet probably wasn't cleaned in years. It was dirty and full of stains. Mold on the ceilings.

for its low price it s a good hotel. A bit out of time but the central location, the great view, the free parking and the ok breakfast plus the very helpful desk made it for me worth to stay. I would come back here, even...

the street is in the morning a bit noisy and the last renovation was happening probabely a couple of years ago...

Great View

Great view of the city and harbour and close to everthing. Bathrooms are nice and big with hot water and great water pressure. Rooms are a good size. Staff were great. Undercover parking was nice too.

Some aspects of breakfast were a little disappointing, specifically poor quality and undercooked bacon and too much oil used in cooking, generally. But there were alterantives avilable.

Come for the view

Breathtaking view of the city and the port from 10th floor (even from the bathroom). Breakfast starts at 6h30. Very nice staff. Underground garage - very convenient.

Smell of cigarettes coming from the curtains in the room. No coffee/tea maker in the room. Noise coming from the street and the port.

Friendly staff and close to the centre.

Outdated rooms and the hotel could use some refurbishment. The canteen could be larger considering the capacity of the hotel. Very noisy elevators, especially if your room is close to them.

a night stay in Rijeka, traveling for long road trip with car, place was nice but facilities weee super old and breakfas

we were lucky of having room in top floor with view to the harbor and it had nice private parking

Amazing breakfast

Great value for money. Rooms are a bit old, but very well sized, perfectly clean and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. The location vas perfect and the staff very helpful and charming. Will definitely come again.

The young staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful and the view over the city out of our room was nice.

-The rooms are small but okay. -The breakfast in a hotel should offer more. Also Problem-solving competence is not the strong suit of the staff in the restaurant: The coffee machine (which also gives hot water for tea) was broken, result: sorry, no hot water for tea for the guests. -It is situated right next to a main street and even with closed windows is you can clearly hear the street at night. -The door out to the balcony needs to be fixed. -At the moment there's a building site in the garage. And after waiting for the broken elevator and being late for max 10min for the checkout, an older man at the reception welcomed us with the words: you are late!

Basic rooms, but very good value for money

Central location of the hotel is great for going around the city center. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of food offered for breakfast, esp. because the breakfast was included in the room price. I stayed in an anti-alergy room, and it was big and the bed very comfortable.

There was no noise that could be heard from other rooms, but the hotel is located next to the shipyard warehouses, so take that into account if you're looking for a very peaceful and quiet stay. My room was on the 12th floor, so didn't have issues with that.
