Niet 5-sterren waardig

Hele mooie locatie, super mooi uitzicht over het meer, het zwembad en de sauna zijn ook goed. Receptie personeel is vriendelijk.

De prijs-kwaliteits verhouding was niet geweldig. Je betaalt vooral voor de locatie. Het personeel in het restaurant was niet bijzonder vriendelijk, maar het eten was matig. Het was helaas geen 5-sterren ervaring.

Girişte deskteki oerdonek kendi dillerinde konuşup yüksek fiyat talep ettiler, kasitli olarak yanlis bilgi verdiler (belli rakamdaki odalarin giris altı oldugunu ifade ettiler), bunun uzerine biz booking’den rezervasyon ysptirdik. Son derece sevimsiz bir durumdu.

Could’ve been better.

Perfect location, great pine trees with the lake view.

Hygiene was scandalous! The recepcionist told us the room is ready, once we entered our room it was very filthy. The trash bins were full. Bathroom was very messy, toilet letters, empty shampoo bottles thrown everywhere, hair too. 🤢 the beds were very filthy with crumbs and hairs. We stayed for 5 days and the cleaning team came only ONCE! They only changed our trash cans and didn’t do anything else. We stayed 5 days in filth, such a pitty, I couldn’t wait to go back home to clean ourselves properly. Sad to see a beautiful hotel to have these problems. Sadly the breakfast was poor too… This hotel deserves a better management.

We will defiantly return to Inex for our next stay. Our lake view was breath taking, the staff were super friendly

The property is perfectly located. It took us 5-10 minutes in a taxi to get to the busy centre of Ohrid. We found that the Hotel was our calm after being in the center for the day. The beach below the hotel was clean, inviting and has a little bar. The staff at Inex went out of their way to help us in any way they could. Nothing we asked was too difficult or a big deal they were happy to help!

The view over the lake was magical. Beautiful nature, fresh air, not far from the city, nice swimming pool, friendly staff, clean.

The variety of food for the buffet breakfast and dinner was very limited. The air conditioning in the fitness room wasn't working.

Bad breakfast. It openend at 7.30, but things were both days not ready. Restaurant was not cleaned from what happenend the evening before..Staff not friendly. There was a congress which occupied lobby, bar etc. with posters, congressmaterial.

High price not worth

I reserved king room but they gave me room in -1. Old facility, old stuff, bathromm wasn't clean enough. Spa is not working. Please just don't stay there are better altenatives in in city center

Perfect stay in Ohrid

I was one of the very few people who were staying in the hotel in Nov 2022 which meant that the staff were very dedicated. Would love to come back in season

Is accessible better with a car. It is a little far from the city center. But since I was driving, this was not an issue for me.

The hotel & rooms are just like in the pictures, the view is breathtaking & since it's secluded (~10min ride from the town), it's great for anyone looking for a quiet place to relax. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone & will surely book it again one day!
