Personal amable y muy educado, muy limpio, a 3 min. de la estación de tren y cercano al centro y a los principales monumentos.

The hotel was great, the rooms are small but confy. The hotel is close to a parking lot open 24h, there are many restaurants and mini-markets in the area.
3.5
Decoration, location and staff super nice.
Smell of humidity.
5.0
Lovely place with good atmosphere and helpful and friendly staff.
Rooms we’re comfortable and location was very convenient. Would stay here again.
4.5
Good location. Friendly staff.
Nothing at all.

Genuinely friendly receptionists (which can be sometimes rare in Spain). Good location, 5 minutes walk from the centre. Powerful air conditioning.
There was a slight smell from the bathroom which lasted over the night. I'm not sure if there was a plumbing issue, but it was a very minor point.

cozy and included all the basics

Nice comfortable bed with a descent size room. Very close to train station.
Very dirty shower. Looks like it needs a good clean to get mould off.

They made the impossible and took a further step to help us check in after the set time. They have been extremely helpful. The receptionist, Rafael, is just amazing.
Everything was good.

very friendly staff!
1.st floor- very noicy! poor breakfast
2.0
the location
the room was right on a very busy street with loud pedestrians.
3.5
convenient to the train station and attractions. Grocery store nearby, but no kitchen access, so refrigerator. Towels changed daily. Room was small but adequate.
No breakfast included (as stated in the listing) and no kitchen access. No plug by the bed and the room had a bit of a mold/sewer smell. I covered the shower hole with dirty towels and shut the bathroom door and kept the windows open - although the room is above a busy street so it was noisy.
4.5
A good location, close the the major sights, and close to secure parking if you’re driving. The rooms are compact, but well decorated, comfortable, and have everything you need. Check in & check out were very easy. I’d stay again!
The air conditioning was a little bit noisy, but I tended to just cool the room, then turn it off…this worked for me!

The original building and decor! The lovely, helpful staff (despite me having no Spanish). Fantastic value for money and truly enjoyable stay in a nice town with a happy vibe.
Breakfast could be a bit better, but still good value for the price.
4.5
Brilliant location right next to the train station and an easy walk to most of the main sites.
Brilliant price for good standard accommodation.
Nothing.

great location and style

The hotel has a great localization, in the center of city, very close from the mean touristic places, markets and restaurants. Rooms clean and tidy. Employees helpful and friendly.
The room wall must be painted.

Location
I didn't like that the hostal took the money for my friends room from my account and did not tell me. The cost of the accommodation was very high for facilities offered and the breakfast was very limited

great place to stay in Merida… nice staff, nice atmosphere, nice room, great location… would recommend to anyone 🙃

The hotel has a great location, a few minutes away from the Basilica and a couple more minutes away from the aqueduct. I really liked the hostel's theme and vibe. Also, the room I got had a view of the hostel's patio, which looked really nice.
The air-conditioner made a bit of noise, which could be loud for others, but it didn't bother me at all, anyway.
4.5
Simple and good value for money. Vibrant decor.
Nothing

It had a combination to enter, maintaining good security.
Not anything in particular.
