Oldish. Avoid rooms with city view. Location is near to party places but noisy street traffic.

Location is perfect if you would like to be close to party area as that is about <400m walk. However the window was facing street side which has a big traffic with huge noise. That is the main road connection towards highway... so better to get room looking to pool internally. Mat on the bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Overall condition of the room/building is bad. Overused and not renovated. Curtain was torn. Furniture is oldish and overused. Biggest problem was about Wifi offered for free but no coverage in all rooms. You need to stay near to pool/reception area to get coverage - as explained by staff. They were kind and helpful anyway. Pool area also needs renovation, abandoned. Price was low so may be I was not lucky with my room. Try to get a room looking to pool side (internal) to avoid huge vehicle traffic noise coming through windows.. Air conditioner was placed only in bedroom. Livingroom (kitchen/dining area) remains hot.

Clean spacious room and good location.

Immaculate and roomy apartment. Never used the pool but it looked nice and clean with lots of beds and got the sun all day. Short walk down the bank to main shops and cafes, enjoyed my short stay.

Reception was closed when I arrived 1am so had to pick up keys from a secret place but easy to find and directions to room, so wasn’t an issue but might be for someone else.

After pandemia of COVID it was the best of the best

The parking has a lot of space and avaliable 24/7. We arrived earlier than check in was, but the room was ready and we were checked in earlier than it was planned. The cleaning was regular, a lot of kitchenware. There is "Coffee to go" nearby. Coffee was amazing! Also down the street was "Squarebar" with live music.

I am not happy with AC working, dirty filters. Pillows were too stiff, the rest was OK.

+ Nice and helpful staff + Swimingpool + balcony + everyday cleaning + private parking place + no problem with late check in

- Ants everywhere. There are also ant larvae in the balcony door - Not electric socket in the bathroom - Poor kitchen equipment - The room looks different than in the pictures.

Perfect place to spend time in Ayia Napa

Very friendly staff, always ready to help and have a laugh. We extended our stay 2 times with a couple days and this was no problem at all. The hotel is very close to the nightclubs and the beaches. Also it has parkingspots for bikes or cars. The room was very good, had balcony, living room with kitchen and the bathroom was spacious. We will come back to this place in the future for sure.

Brilliant!

Apartment very well furnished and has everything you need. AC was functioning properly. Location is perfect I reckon, just a few minutes walk from the main road and bars. I would definitely come back!

Value for money stay close to party part of Ayia Napa

Spacious apartment with two rooms. Superb pool with really great lightening in the evening. Very nice and helpful staff. Not so far from the intercity bus station Ayia Napa Monastery. Close to all bars, restaurants and clubs.

It was slightly far from the beach - 1.5 km. I do not mind walking but sometimes it felt a bit too much walking, especially in the evening, since there is 43 m descend from the sea level.

Nice place to stay.. apartment is big and comfortable... ac works perfectly.. good location..all night clubs are in a walk zone.. and the host was nice and polite

Personnel on the reception was great. My room was nice. WiFi near the pool worked rather well.

Cleaning personnel was not very friendly. There is nothing to hang on the door if I want my room to be cleaned or if I don't want to be bothered, that could be changed.
